Description

具有双层复式结构的竹材模压盒
本实用新型属于食品包装领域，特别涉及一种具有双层复式结构的竹材模压盒。
近年来，国家卫生部严令禁用不易降解，污染环境的塑料食品包装盒，目的消除白色污染，利于环境保护。开发商利用这一契机，力图在食品包装领域开发具有广阔前景的包装盒。因此，我们利用毛竹生长快，周期短，并可永续利用的资源优势，用竹材制造一次性食品包装盒，完全符合生态环保的要求。它具有资源充足，自然美观，价格低廉的优点，同时又克服了塑料食品包装盒的弊端，也减少了用纸或木材制做对森林资源的消耗。在开发的单层竹材模压盒制造过程中，采用现有的纸或木材食品包装盒的技术，存在着易开裂问题，影响着竹材盒的大批量生产和使用。究其原因，由于竹材纤维组织呈管束状纵向排列，横向拉强不足的问题，致使单层竹材模压盒易开裂。
本实用新型的目的为克服上述弊端，提供一种增强竹材模压盒的横向拉力强度，使之在制造和使用中不易开裂的具有双层复式结构的竹材模压盒。
本实用新型的目的是以如下技术方案实现的：一种具有双层复式结构的竹材模压盒，其特征在于：它由双层微薄单片竹材构成，每一盒面的断面上均以微薄单片竹材相互垂直交叉形成的双层复式结构。
上述的双层微薄单片竹材之间设有胶层。
上述的微薄单片竹材其厚度为0.4毫米以内。
本实用新型体现的优点是：增加了单片竹材的横向拉力强度，使之在制造和使用中不会出现开裂的现象，而且价格低廉，新颖美观，为竹材模压盒的大批量生产和使用提供了简便实用的技术方案，具有良好地的社会效益和经济效益。

实施例：首先为提高竹材的利用率，降低材料成本，易模压成型，将竹材用璇切的方法制成厚度0.4毫米以内均匀一致的微薄单片竹材，在每一盒面断面上均以双层微薄单片竹材相互垂直交叉的复式结构。即微薄单片竹材1为纵向排放，而微薄单片竹材2为横向排放形成相互垂直交叉的双层复式结构，双层微薄单片竹材之间经模压胶合形成胶层3使其成为一个牢固的整体。以此，克服了竹材横向拉力强度不足的缺陷，使之在生产和使用中不易开裂，并且具有竹材特有的自然美观的效果。

3、根据权利要求1所述的具有双层复式结构的竹材模压盒，其特征在于：上述的微薄单片竹材其厚度为0.4毫米以内。
