Abstract

本实用新型涉及大型低温液化气体的储运密封装置,它自内向外由波纹板、聚胺酯泡沫绝热层、不锈钢板、支撑架、珍珠岩粉末绝热层,根据储运的不同需要,外加混凝土外墙或金属结构外壳体组成,采用此种结构其安全、密封、绝热、运输性能都有较大提高,适于制作大型低温液化气体储运罐。

Description

低温液化气体储运密封
本实用新型涉及低温液化气体的储存运输装置。
低温液化气体由于其体轻、易燃、易爆、常温中快速挥发,因此要求其安全可靠,绝热、密封良好。
国内现有的用于储运罐低温液化气体密封多采用真空多层,玻璃纤维棉材料包扎方式,其结构、安全、密封、绝热、运输性能都不适于大型低温液化气体储运罐。
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种适用于大型储存运输罐的低温液化气体储运密封。
它的外层是混凝土外墙,在混凝土外墙的内侧均布预埋若干个支撑架;支撑架连接不锈钢板;不锈钢板内是一层聚胺脂泡沫,聚胺脂泡沫的最里层是波纹板。
在混凝土外墙与不锈钢板之间填充一层珍珠岩粉末。
由于最里层温度近-200℃,内外层温差极大,采用波纹板结构可均匀地吸收其冷缩。因聚胺脂泡沫与珍珠岩粉末双层绝热层使其绝热良好挥发率极低,安全可靠。

依据储存,运输的不同需要,最外层混凝土外墙6可以是混凝土也可以是金属结构的壳体。混凝土外墙6的内侧均匀分布预埋好支撑架5,支撑架5连接不锈钢钢板3,不锈钢钢板3内粘接聚胺脂泡沫2,聚胺脂泡沫2的里面粘接波纹板1,混凝土外墙6与不锈钢板3之间的空隙填充珍珠岩粉末4,并且该空隙中通入脱去水份的氮气,提高绝热效果。
不锈钢钢板3采用的是304L钢,波纹板1采用的是9%的镍钢板。波纹的大小,距离可随储运气体温度的差异大小来选择,最好是方形。波纹板1与波纹板1之间通过氩弧焊实现密封,焊缝须经物理探伤决不允许有缝隙泄露,在珍珠岩粉未中设置几个温度监控仪,监测气体的渗漏。绝热层珍珠岩粉末4与聚胺脂泡沫2的厚度视每天挥发率的要求而定。

1.一种低温液化气体储运密封,它的外层是混凝土外墙,其特征在于:在混凝土外墙的内侧均布预埋若干个支撑架;支撑架连接不锈钢板;不锈钢板内是一层聚胺脂泡沫;聚胺脂泡沫的最里层是波纹板。
2.如权利要求1所述的低温液化气体储运密封,其特征在于:在混凝土外墙与不锈钢板之间填充一层珍珠岩粉末。
