节能电器发热盘
本实用新型属于家用电器领域中的一种发热盘，特别是电饭煲(锅)、电炒锅、电热水器、电熨斗、电暖鞋中的电发热元件。
现有的家用电器发热盘，需要瓷缸、控温器等，配件多、维修难；尤其是保温性能差、耗电多。如电饭煲、电炒锅除具有上述弱点外，还不能干烧。
本实用新型的目的是创造一种节能电器发热盘，它改变原来的电阻丝单层设置造成的诸多弱点，科学合理地布置电阻丝，使之具有节能省电、维修方便的特点。
本实用新型的主要技术方案是：该节能电器发热盘主要由发热盘基体、电阻丝组成，其特征是发热盘基体内有两层电阻丝孔。电阻丝贯穿于电阻丝孔内，相邻的三个电阻丝孔互成三角形布置。
本实用新型的优点是：电阻丝孔结构合理，配件少，维修易；保温性能好，节约能源。

如图1-3所示，该节能电器发热盘主要由发热盘基体1、电阻丝组成，发热盘基体1内有两层电阻丝孔12，电阻丝贯穿于电阻丝孔12内。
如图1所示，发热盘基体上相邻的三个电阻丝孔互成三角形布置。
如图1、3所示，发热盘基体1最初进线端有进线槽11，两孔之间有过线槽13，最末出线端有出线槽14，线槽口深度相当于电阻丝孔的直径，使电阻丝跨越电阻丝孔时，不暴露于基体1的外缘。
如图2所示，发热盘基体1可为圆形，它还可以做成矩形。

1、一种节能电器发热盘，主要由发热盘基体(1)、电阻丝组成，其特征在于：发热盘基体(1)内有两层电阻丝孔(12)，电阻丝贯穿于电阻丝孔(12)内。
2、根据权利要求1所述的发热盘，其特征在于：基体上相邻的三个电阻丝孔(12)互成三角形布置。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的发热盘，其特征在于：发热盘基体(1)最初端有进线槽(11)，两孔之间有过线槽(13)，最末端有出线槽(14)。
4、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的发热盘，其特征在于：发热盘基体(1)可为圆形或矩形。
