本实用新型公开了一种新型电炒勺。它由子勺，母勺、发热件、绝缘层和保温层组成。子勺用不锈钢，母勺用铁搪瓷。其特点是热效率高，余热利用好，使用方便灵活，成本低。

Description

本实用新型属于家用电器领域。
当前市场上销售的电炊具品种繁多，如中国专利85204503.4公开了一种热效率高，余热利用好，节电，省时，勺体保持传统圆底形的高效能电炒勺。该锅的子勺和母勺都用不锈钢制成，由于不锈钢价格较贵，使得电炒勺的成本较高。
本实用新型的目的是在保持高效能电炒勺的优点的同时降低电炒勺的成本。
实现上述目的的技术方案是子勺用不锈钢材料，母勺用铁搪瓷。
由于铁搪瓷的价格比不锈钢低，搪瓷本身又具有很好的绝缘性能，因此发热件与母勺之间不必加设绝缘层，这样可以降低电炒勺的生产成本。另外由于搪瓷的热传导性能比不锈钢低，因此减少了电炒勺的热量从锅底散发，从而使其热量得到充分的利用。

实施例：
用不锈钢压制成圆底形的子勺1，用铁板压制出与子勺1相匹配的母勺2，然后在母勺2的内外表面上搪瓷，在子勺1下面铺设绝缘层5，绝缘层下面加发热件6，发热件6由金属电阻丝外套以95瓷瓷管组成，发热件下面设保温层7，保温层下表面紧贴母勺2。母勺2边上用工频点焊、焊上勺把3，勺把3中央有一通孔用来走从发热件引出的接线，勺把末端装有单相三线插座4。用密封胶将子勺1和母勺2紧密地压合在一起，并保证具有良好的导电性。为了保证电炒勺的使用安全，母勺与插座间连一地线。金属电阻丝可以用镍铬合金，绝缘层可以用人工云母，保温材料可以用矿棉。

1、一种电炒勺，包括母勺2，子勺1，保温层7，由金属电阻丝外套上95瓷瓷管组成的发热件6，绝缘层5，勺把3和单相三线插座4，其特征是子勺1用不锈钢，母勺2用铁搪瓷。
