Abstract
Description
一种电炊具加热装置用于电炊具(文火煲、文火炉、电焐窠、电火锅、文火锅)内使用的加热装置,属于日常生活用品技术领域。
本实用新型作出以前,在已有技术中,电炊具内加热装置一般均采用电热丝作发热源,但在零件组装中,连接安装时无固定装置,发热盘易脱开,由于结构不完善,易吸潮渗漏、绝缘性能差,直接影响安全使用;而且制造成本高,更达不到节能的目的。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种结构完善,安装使用方便,制造成本低,能节约能源的电炊具加热装置。
本实用新型主要由支架体,加热板、导热盘、保温层所组成。其主要采用加热板(2)安装在导热盘(1)底面内凹内,导热盘(1)通过紧固件(3)固定在支架体的支架外圈(4)上,导热盘(1)周边下平面与支架外圈(4)平面之间有水平间隙,在加热板(2)与支架下壁(5)、支架底(6)之间填充保温材料形成保温层(8)。

:图1是本实用新型结构图:下面本实用新型将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:本实用新型采用支架体、加热板(2)、导热盘(1)、保温层(8)组装形成加热装置。支架体由支架外圈(4)。支架下壁(5)、支架底(6)、支架脚(7)组成。支架体可一次整体形成,也可分为上支架外圈和下支架两个分体组合。支架外圈(4)采用半圆弧下凹存水结构,其作用是在加热过程中,万一锅内液体溢出,能有效地防止漏到加热装置内去,便于清洁卫生。支架外圈(4)边上还可设置进气孔。支架下壁(5)与支架底(6)、支架脚(7)可组成支架下体,其形状为凹盘状,在支架底(6)上分布有一定数量的散热孔洞,其大小根据填充的保温材料而定,其支架底(6)可以是平直的,也可以是凹弧型、椎型。其支架下壁(5)也可以分布散热孔,与支架底(6)上散热孔相同。上述支架体固定加热板和保温层,并与炊具内体接触固定,采用耐高温隔热绝缘、并要有足够的强度电胶木粉压制或耐火材料烧制成型。在导热盘(1)周边通过紧固件(3)(一般不少于四点)固定在支架圈(4)上,支架外圈(4)制成半园弧形状,导热盘(1)的周边下平面与支架外圈(4)平面之间,除联接点外,有一定的水平间隙,目的在于减少导热盘(1)的热量向支架体传导。导热盘(1)拟采用导热系数比较大的铝合金板材或其它金属导热材质制做。导热盘(1)周边向下冲压成L型形状,即增加了强度,也起防水作用。加热板(2)采用电热丝平绕的形式,以云母板为基板,可用方形或圆形,下盖以云母片作绝缘层加以固定,除连接导线外,电热丝不应外露,电热板(2)安装在导热盘(1)底面的内凹里,可以薄薄的涂一层导热胶粘牢。本实用新型加热源可以采用电热丝,PTC及远红外陶瓷发热盘。在加热板(2)与支架下壁(5),支架底(6)之间填充保温材料形成保温层(8)。
保温层(8)可选用无机绝缘材料。如玻璃棉、硅酸铝纤维、石棉、岩棉、膨胀珍珠岩等。填充时,使支架下体内凹处填平,并平整的高出支架联接点平面使之顶紧加热板(2)。本实用新型的温控器安装在导热盘(1)周边与支架外圈(4)之间的空隙位置,达到测温控制的目的。电热板(2)的引线可以从支架下壁(5)引出,在保证电气安全的情况下,从电热板(2)到炊具电源开关连接线越短越好。
本实用新型与已有技术相比具有以下优点:1、结构简单完善、安装牢固、能防水、防溢;2、绝缘性能好,使用安全;3、如采用整体或分体结构,组装方便,有利于降低成本,并能有效地提高生产效率。
