Abstract

一种新型船,船体有一个平底框架,船体前部有一个小型气垫压浪结构,船底下部装有喷射水流加速加气加压装置,平底框架由空心型材及其内填充的防腐轻质水密材料构成,这种新型的船飞升功率低、经济性好、速度快、可选择动力范围广,可广泛作为各类军用、民用和大型海上旅游运输的舰船。

一种新型船
本实用新型涉及一种新型结构的船。目前造船是将船体分段组成很多板架,如船底板架、船侧舷板架等,然后将分段组成总段,最后组成船体,同时现阶段造船过多的强调流畅线形的船体和船体内的空间,此种结构就决定了船易产生折断现象的发生。为了解决这一问题,人们做了多种努力,如生产出了水翼船、气垫船、双体船、地效翼船、小水体面船等,这些船运行时难度大、造价高,能耗也高,不适合广泛推广应用。
本实用新型的任务是:克服现有技术的不足,设计一种结构简单、强度高、浮力大、船行阻力小的新型船。
本实用新型的任务是以如下方式实现的:新型船的船体有一个平底框架,在船体前部有一个小型气垫压浪机构,船底下部装有喷射水流加速加气加压装置,平底框架由空心型材及其内填充防腐轻质水密材料构成。
本实用新型由于气垫区间小,因此飞升功率低,经济性好、速度快,有利于向大型发展,本实用新型同时还具有横稳性和耐波性,可选择动力范围广、传动简单、吃水浅、水中物理场小、造价低廉、制造工期短,并且具有安全、可靠、防火的优点。

本实用新型的一个最佳实施例,如图,新型船的船体有一个平底框架,由空心型材3及其内填充的防腐轻质水密材料构成,此种结构即可增加结构内的强度,又能保持结构件本身的永浮性能,这种框架结构强度高,具有极大的均匀的抗冲击能力;在船体前部有一个小型气垫压浪结构2,由气垫围裙1围成,气垫围裙通气后,气垫压浪结构2就成为充气空间,空气把气垫结构的水位压低,使船头只和空气接触,船行阻力降低,大浪及船前高水位通过柔软的气垫围裙进入小气垫压浪结构后也被围裙后的气压压低流向船后,这样船行阻力很小。在船底下部装有喷射水流加速加气加压装置,该加速器可以是一个、二个或多个,加速器产生的反作用力和船头产生的负压使船前进,加速器由两个同心管组成,内管和外管之间封闭并和高压水源联通,内管内设有一定数量的水流喷射装置及空气吸入装置,加速器的功率由其内管直径、水流量喷射装置的水压、水量、角度和数量决定,同时加速器的外管外也可以加装一定数量的水流喷射装置,尽量提高加速器的功率和效率。

1、一种新型船,船体有一个平底框架,其特征在于:船体前部有一个小型气垫压浪结构,船底下部装有喷射水流加速加气加压装置,平底框架由空心型材及其内填充的防腐轻质水密材料构成。
2、如权利要求1所述的新型船,其特征在于:所说的气垫压浪机构由气垫围裙围成。
3、如权利要求1所述的新型船,其特征在于:所说的喷射水流加速加气加压装置为一个以上。
