本发明涉及利用废旧汽车轮胎制造的地毯。可在地面铺设使用还可在汽车通道等范围使用。
众所周知，汽车轮胎废旧了就无法再用。过去原始的处理方法，非烧即埋，而焚烧对环境有很大的污染；深埋地下却无法令它腐烂。我们经过艰苦的研究对这些废物进行再利用，使这些令全世界环保工作深感头疼的废弃车胎重新有了用武之地，让它变成一块块美观实用的地毯。
本发明即在于利用废旧轮胎制造地毯，从而达到废物再利用，以利环保的目的。
此顶发明是利用废弃的汽车轮胎循环使用。这种实用新型的地毯是一种层状结构，上层是汽车轮胎经切割后的平行四边形的条状胎条；下层是附着于上层底面的底片基材。
下面根据附图对本发明结构进一步说明。
如图1中的标号1、胎条；2、基材。基材有两种材质，一种是生橡胶，另一种是发泡塑料。
图2是本发明的另一种具体实施例：它是由图1中标号1(胎条)；标号2(底片)组成后再用刮刀把胎条表层的胶粉刮削后，露出靠近胎条表层的部分纤维线成绒毛状，而大部分的纤维线仍深植于下半部分的胎条中不会剥落。因而这些绒毛在使用时非常结实耐 用。
上述利用废旧汽车轮胎制成的地毯，非常经久耐用，并且可在室内、室外使用。既防滑又防霉，防虫蛀，绝缘，安全防护性能特佳。铺设方便快捷，不需粘贴，省时、省工、省附料，经济耐用，美观典雅。
Claims (4)
1、一种利用废旧汽车轮胎制成的地毯，其特征在于这种地毯是由两层组成的，上层是废旧汽车轮胎切割成平行四边形的胎条(1)，下层是附着于上层底面的基材(2)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的利用废旧汽车轮胎制成的地毯，其特征在于胎条(1)上有经刀具刮去表面胶粉后的绒毛状(3)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的利用废旧汽车轮胎制成的地毯，其特征在于底片的基材是生橡胶制成的。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的利用废旧汽车轮胎制成的地毯，其特征在于底片的基材是发泡塑料制成的。
