本实用新型公开一种双层泡菜坛,它的结构特征是:坛体5装在外罐8内,在外罐8内还装有饱和盐水9;在坛体5的颈口设置有密封圈6,内盖1盖在密封圈6的外沿;在坛河4内放置有盐7;罩在内盖1外的外盖2下端插入坛河4内的盐7中,上端穿过罩盖3外;罩盖3的口径大于坛河4的口径。该泡菜坛能实现多次密封,密封效果好,外罐内所装的饱和盐水可起到恒温作用,坛内物品不变质变味,保质时间长,保味效果佳。

双层泡菜坛
本实用新型涉及一种泡菜坛，尤其是双层泡菜坛。
众所周知，传统的泡菜坛由坛体、坛河、盖子组成，它是通过在坛河里盛水起封闭作用。由于盖子的端口伸入坛河中的水里，水露于外界，不防尘，易脏。坛河里的水容易变质。打开盖子时或时间一长，因空气作用，往往将坛河里变了质的水吸一些到坛子里面，这样坛里的菜就容易变味了。此外，传统的泡菜坛没有恒温作用，泡菜时间稍长，坛内食物易变质变味。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种有双层密封作用和保持恒温作用的双层泡菜坛。
本实用新型的具体方案是：包括坛体、坛河、外盖、内盖，其特征在于：坛体装在外罐内，在外罐内还装有饱和盐水；在坛体的颈口设置有密封圈，内盖盖在密封圈的外沿；在坛河内放置有盐；罩在内盖外的外盖下端插入坛河内的盐中，上端穿过罩盖外；罩盖的口径大于坛河的口径。
采用上述方案，能实现多次密封，密封效果好，外罐放置的饱和盐水起到了恒温作用，坛内物品不变质变味，保质时间长，保味效果佳。

如图1所示：本实用新型由内盖1、外盖2、罩盖3、坛河4、坛体5、密封圈6、盐7、外罐8、饱和盐水9组成。本实用新型的结构特征是：坛体5装在外罐8内，在外罐8内还装有饱和盐水9；在坛体5的颈口设置有密封圈6，内盖1盖在密封圈6的外沿；在坛河4内放置有盐7；罩在内盖1外的外盖2下端插入坛河4内的盐7中，上端穿过罩盖3外；罩盖3的口径大于坛河4的口径。外盖2的顶部与罩盖3固接。
本实用新型的罩盖3可防水防尘，外盖2起第一道封闭作用，盖在坛口处的内盖1与密封圈一块起第二道封闭作用。因此，在打开盖子时或长时间使用，不会因空气关系把变质的水吸入坛内。外罐8内装有饱和盐水9，起了恒温作用。所以，罐内的泡菜不会变味。本实用新型还可用于储藏咸菜，酱菜、腌内、动物油等，其保质、保味的效果都很好。

1．一种双层泡菜坛，包括坛体(5)、坛河(4)、外盖(2)、内盖(1)，其特征在于：坛体(5)装在外罐(8)内，在外罐(8)内还装有饱和盐水(9)；在坛体(5)的颈口设置有密封圈(6)，内盖(1)盖在密封圈(6)的外沿；在坛河(4)内放置有盐(7)；罩在内盖(1)外的外盖(2)下端插入坛河(4)内的盐(7)中，上端穿过罩盖(3)外；罩盖(3)的口径大于坛河(4)的口径。
2．根据权利要求1所述的双层泡菜坛，其特征在于：外盖(2)的顶部与罩盖(3)固接。
