本实用新型公开了一种耐磨弯头,其是在弯头转弯处进料方向上延伸出一空心球瘤,粉煤灰等颗粒料进入弯头尾部坑洼处填充坑洼后,在坑洼处从上部往底部很缓慢地转换,让后进来的粉粒往出口运动,这时只产生粉粒与粉粒间的摩擦,而避免了粉粒与管壁的撞击。另外,粉粒在变坑洼处改变方向后直线出来,避免了粉粒与管口壁的撞击,也起到防止粉体乱流现象。

Description

耐磨弯头
本实用新型涉及一种空气输送颗粒管道,特别是输送粉煤灰管道的弯头。
管道输送颗粒物料其弯道的耐磨性是重要的指标,由于颗粒料在管道内压力大撞击管壁常导致弯头破裂。为此,现有设计有以下三个方案:一、短弯头(如图1):当粉粒水平过弯管时,其运动轨迹由水平变为弧形,为提供粉粒运动的向心力,粒体必须与管壁发生磨擦与挤压,对管壁产生摩损,另外万一粒体流速减慢就会引起堵塞,为防止堵塞,还必须增加粉粒前进的速度措施。二、T字管(如图2):这种T字管暗侧一方停留一些输送物,在粉粒拐弯处产生的是粉粒间的摩擦,但粉粒经过弯道后会反弹在T字管的末端或管口,引起碰撞。在拐弯处滞留体会增加,管道减小,速度减慢,因此也要通过增加流速的措施来解决。三、长弯头(如图3):把短弯头增加长度并同时减少弯曲就变成长弯头,长弯头总体来说比短弯头的摩擦与碰撞更小,这是唯一可长年使用的管子,但在粉粒与管壁发生碰撞造乱流时,粉粒在管内的流速要减小。另外在熔点低的材料中,部分粒子因磨擦而产生热被熔解,有时发生拉线现象。
本实用新型的目的是设计可长期使用的耐磨弯头。

实施例如图所示:弯头(1)在进料方向上延伸出一空心球瘤(2),其作用是填充颗粒物,让后进入管内的颗粒物与之撞击避免与管壁的撞击,其另一作用是改变撞击的颗粒物方向。
