本实用新型所述的大外径游标卡尺是一种用于测量大外径及带沟槽加工件的新型测量工具尺。其结构由圆弧量卡、主尺、主尺滑槽及螺钉组成;圆弧量卡固连于主尺滑槽上,主尺可滑动置于主尺滑槽中,主尺滑槽上另设有固定主尺位置用的螺钉。本实用新型解决了原有测量尺测量大外径及带沟槽加工件困难及测量不准确的问题,切实地为人们提供了一种结构简单、使用方便的新型测量大外径工件的游标卡尺。

本实用新型涉及一种测量大外径及带沟槽用工具尺。
人们进行工业生产时经常需要测量某一加工件的外径，而现有技术条件下在测量一些大外径及带沟槽加工件时存在一定的困难，因为现有的游标卡尺的卡脚无法卡到大外径及带沟槽加工件的直径处，如采用其它辅助件与游标卡尺共同测量则可能导致测量结果不精确，而影响加工精度。
鉴上述现有技术所存在的问题本实用新型的目的是设计一种结构简单、使用方便且可测量大外径及带沟槽加工件的新型大外径游标尺。
本实用新型所述的大外径游标卡尺，其结构由圆弧量卡、主尺、主尺滑槽及螺钉组成；圆弧量卡固连于主尺滑槽上，主尺可滑动置于主尺滑槽中，主尺滑槽上另设有固定主尺位置用的螺钉。
本实用新型解决了原有技术条件下的游标卡尺所存在的测量大外径及带沟槽加工件尺寸困难及难以保证测量精度的问题，本实用新型在使用时无需其它辅助件即可完成对大外径及带沟槽加工件的测量工作，本产品具有测量范围大、测量结果准确等优点。

本实用新型的具体实施例如附图所示：其结构由圆弧量卡1、主尺2、主尺滑槽3及螺钉4组成；圆弧量卡1固连于主尺滑槽3上，也可为一体式结构，主尺2可滑动置于主尺滑槽3中，主尺滑槽3上另设有固定主尺2位置用的螺钉4。测量时先用圆弧量卡1卡住被测量物，然后沿主尺滑槽滑动主尺2至合适位置，拧紧螺钉4将主尺2固定住，最后读出主尺2上的数值即为测量值。

1、一种大外径游标卡尺，其特征在于由圆弧量卡(1)、主尺(2)、主尺滑槽(3)及螺钉(4)组成；圆弧量卡(1)固连于主尺滑槽(3)上，主尺(2)可滑动置于主尺滑槽(3)中，主尺滑槽(3)上另设有固定主尺(2)位置用的螺钉(4)。
