四爪式皮带轮拆卸工具
本实用新型属于拆卸工具，适合于拆卸套在轴上的皮带轮或其它类轮(盘)。
现在拆卸皮带轮一般都是用三爪卡具，三爪卡住轮边，靠人力用力往外拉，十分费力，效率低。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种高效、省力的皮带轮拆卸工具，也可适用于拆卸其它套在轴上的轮(盘)类。
其技术方案如下：它包括卡爪，其特点在于：卡爪有四个呈四边形，前二个卡爪与后二个卡爪用螺栓连接，后二个卡爪设有拉杆，尾部设有螺纹螺母，两拉杆上套有止块，止块中间为螺纹孔，与一螺纹顶杆相配合。
使用时，卸下前二个爪，放入皮带轮背后，再与后二个爪连起来，移动调节好止块位置，并用拉杆螺母紧固好，然后旋转螺纹顶杆，则螺纹顶杆会顶住皮带轮正面并向外移动，从而使皮带轮脱离轴键，然后轻松拿出皮带轮子。十分方便、省力、效率极高，特别适合维修。
下面结合附图及实施例加以说明：
图1为本实用新型结构示意图。
如图1所示，本实用新型由呈四边形的四个爪(前二个爪为1、后二个爪为2)经螺栓及螺母3连接，后二个爪连接有拉杆4，尾部有螺位及螺母5，有一止块6套在两拉杆上，止块中间有螺纹孔与一螺纹顶杆7配合，8为手柄，9为爪刃。使用时，前二个爪置于皮带轮背面。前二个爪位于皮带轮前面，前后夹紧皮带轮，然后移动调节好止块位置，以便于螺纹顶杆顶住皮带轮。然后旋转顶杆，由于止块不相对移动，皮带轮将被移出轴键，可轻松拿出。爪刃的作用是为了更好卡住皮带轮，防止其转动。本实用新型结构简单，实用。
