本实用新型涉及一种柴油机活塞,其特征是活塞的销孔偏置,使活塞压缩至极点时,减小曲柄与活塞中心线的夹角。此结构的活塞压缩至极点时,燃烧爆炸瞬间产生的推力几乎全部传递给曲柄,从而降低活塞冲击气缸壁产生的噪音。本实用新型结构具有设计合理,在不增加制造工艺和成本的情况下,有效地降低活塞工作的噪音,而且增加动力。

Description

柴油机活塞
本实用新型涉及一种柴油机活塞的改进。
内燃机的发明给生产和生活带来极大的便利,提供动力源,广泛用于交通运输、发电、水利灌溉等领域。内燃机可分成两大类,也即汽油内燃机和柴油内燃机,汽油内燃机发展快、性能优异,但其制造工艺要求高、运行成本高,故很难取代柴油内燃机的市场。而柴油内燃机即具有结构相对简单、运行成本低的特点,但运行时噪音大,制约了其应用领域,如何克服内燃机的噪音,特别是柴油内燃机的噪音已成为诸多机构研究的课题。内燃机的噪音源至少包括以下几方面:吸排气发出的声响、燃烧爆炸声及机械传动产生的噪音。要解决噪音,需综合考虑以上几方面的问题,而目前研究最多的是排气噪音,单方面解决了排气噪音,但另一噪音源又凸显出。现有柴油机活塞的销孔是设在活塞的中心线上,当活塞压缩到极点时,曲柄与活塞中心线成一较大夹角,燃烧爆炸时活塞的推动力才能将曲柄推动,但此时活塞也形成一对气缸壁的分力,这一分力使活塞运动时产生拍打气缸发出较大的噪音,而且还会引起气缸壁的高频自振。现有活塞结构如图1、图2所示,活塞1的中心线上开设有销孔2,而活塞1的燃烧室3成心型状。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种活塞销孔偏置的柴油机活塞。
本实用新型的任务是这样完成的:一种包括有烧燃室和销孔的柴油机活塞,其特征是活塞的销孔偏置,使活塞压缩至极点时,减小曲柄与活塞中心线的夹角。此结构的活塞压缩至极点时,燃烧爆炸瞬间产生的推力几乎全部传递给曲柄,从而降低活塞冲击气缸壁产生的噪音。
本实用新型结构具有设计合理,在不增加制造工艺和成本的情况下,有效地降低活塞工作冲击气缸发出的噪音,也减少气缸壁的高频自振,同时又增加动力。

参照图3及图4,一种包括有烧燃室3和销孔2的柴油机活塞,其结构特征是活塞1的销孔2偏置,也即偏离活塞的中心线,至使活塞压缩至极点时,保持曲柄与活塞中心线平行。活塞销孔2偏置中心线1.5mm。活塞1的燃烧室3偏置于活塞1的一侧,成类椭圆状,并在燃烧室靠活塞边沿处设有一喷油缺刻4,使喷油能均匀扩散至整个燃烧室3内。
本结构的活塞可适用于国标S195、S1100、S1102、S1110、S1115、S1125等型号的柴油内燃机上使用。

3、根据权利要求1所述的柴油机活塞,其特征是活塞的燃烧室偏置于活塞的一侧,成类椭圆状,并在燃烧室靠活塞边沿处设有一喷油缺刻。
