Abstract
一种聚苯复合保温墙面,是一种在墙面基体上制作成型的平面建筑构件,包括在墙体基层上固定的保温层和保温层外面的罩面层,其保温层是由聚苯板、聚苯颗粒抹灰混作复合而成,大面积墙面贴聚苯板,边、角、窗口、门口贴板难以施工处是聚苯颗粒抹灰保温层,表面罩面层。该墙面施工简便,成本低廉,有效消除了边、角、洞口等处的建筑部位薄弱环节,解决了墙面存在的热桥、冷桥问题,显著提高墙体保温效果。适用于建筑外墙保温墙面。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种在建筑外墙上制作的保温墙面构件。
现有的保温墙面包括在墙体基层上固定的保温层和保温层外面的罩面层，其中保温层采用聚苯泡沫板，由于材料强度不够，容易在边角、门口、窗口及大墙面等处被交叉施工的吊栏或高空作业架碰撞损坏，现有的解决方法是在墙面上固定钢防护网或在聚苯板中埋设钢丝网；也可用普通水泥砂浆作边角、洞口。这些结构使得施工复杂，成本较高，还会形成“热桥”或“冷桥”，使墙体的保温效果下降，达不到建筑节能保温设计要求。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种聚苯复合保温墙面，施工简便，成本低廉，可有效地防止边、角、洞口及用贴板难于施工处的建筑部位被损坏，出现热桥和冷桥，显著增强墙体保温效果。
本实用新型聚苯复合保温墙面的技术方案：它是一种在墙面基体上制作成型的平面建筑构件，包括在墙体基层上固定的保温层和保温层外面的罩面层，其特征在于：保温层是由聚苯板、聚苯颗粒抹灰混作复合而成，大面积墙面贴聚苯板，边、角、窗口、门口贴板难以施工处是聚苯颗粒抹灰保温层，表面罩面层。
上述罩面层是抗裂砂浆层内置纤维网布，表面抹柔性腻子和装饰层。
上述聚苯板是膨胀法聚苯板或挤出法聚苯板。
上述聚苯颗粒抹灰保温层是以聚苯颗粒或聚苯颗粒掺珍珠岩颗粒配制或预混合型的抹灰保温层。
上述聚苯颗粒是球状的颗粒或旧聚苯板破碎而成的颗粒轻骨料。
本实用新型的聚苯复合保温墙面是在墙面基体上制作成型的平面建筑构件，施工时，先将基层墙体处理，然后贴、钉聚苯板，再用聚苯颗粒保温抹灰材料在边、角、洞口及大墙面被损坏等处修补找平，作补充抹面保温层，最后做罩面层。
本实用新型的优点是，不用固定钢丝网，施工简便，成本低廉，有效消除了边、角、窗口、门口等处的建筑部位薄弱环节，解决了墙面的热桥和冷桥问题，显著地提高了保温效果。适用于建筑外墙保温墙面。

如图所示，这种聚苯复合保温墙面，其基层1可以为砼、砖或其它砌块。保温层中较大面积处和易于贴板施工处，采用贴、钉聚苯板2施工；在门口、窗口6、边、角、被损坏及难于进行贴板法施工的部位处作聚苯颗粒或聚苯颗粒掺珍珠岩颗粒现场配制或预混合型的抹灰保温层3。使这些易损部位既保温又高强。罩面层4可以是抗裂砂浆层内置纤维网布5，表面抹柔性腻子和装饰层。

1、一种聚苯复合保温墙面，是一种在墙面基体上制作成型的平面建筑构件，包括在墙体基层上固定的保温层和保温层外面的罩面层，其特征在于：保温层是由聚苯板、聚苯颗粒抹灰混作复合而成，大面积墙面贴聚苯板，边、角、窗口、门口贴板难以施工处是聚苯颗粒抹灰保温层，表面罩面层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的聚苯复合保温墙面，其特征在于：所述罩面层是抗裂砂浆层内置纤维网布，表面抹柔性腻子和装饰层。
3、根据权利要求1所述的聚苯复合保温墙面，其特征在于：所述聚苯板是膨胀法聚苯板或挤出法聚苯板。
4、根据权利要求1所述的聚苯复合保温墙面，其特征在于：所述聚苯颗粒抹灰保温层是以聚苯颗粒或聚苯颗粒掺珍珠岩颗粒配制或预混合型的抹灰保温层。
5、根据权利要求4所述的聚苯复合保温墙面，其特征在于：所述聚苯颗粒是球状的颗粒或旧聚苯板破碎而成的颗粒轻骨料。
