一种阀控密封铅酸蓄电池用双滤片柱式安全阀,包括阀体、橡胶柱、螺塞、滤酸片和密封垫圈。滤酸片为双滤片,孔径25~40μm,阀体上有螺纹,其帽头连接处为圆弧过度。本实用新型在排气时,经两层过滤,滤酸效果好,减少电池内水份损失,避免环境污染,延长电池使用寿命。而且螺纹连接和圆弧过度的结构,提高锁紧力,避免断裂现象,提高安全可靠性。

Description

阀控密封铅酸蓄电池用双滤片柱式安全阀
本实用新型涉及一种安全阀,或排气阀,特别是用于阀控密封铅酸蓄电池的带滤酸片的柱式安全阀。
阀控密封铅酸蓄电池所用的安全阀主要作用是控制电池内压,减少电池内的酸雾溢出,实现电池的密封。其工作原理是当电池阳极产生的氧气和阴极产生的氢气不能完全复合时,电池内压就要升高,内压升高到规定值时,安全阀自动打开,将气体排出,而同时要将酸雾过滤,当排气后内压达到下限值时,安全阀便自动关闭,这样既保证电池的使用安全和使用寿命,又避免环境污染。
以往的安全阀一般只有一片滤酸片,滤酸效果不好;安全阀与电池壳的结合多为卡口式,卡松了起不到密封作用,卡紧了容易造成阀体变形而改变开闭阀的压力,有时阀体上阀座帽头下面的拐角处还会出现断裂现象,造成严重后果。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种滤酸效果好,使用安全可靠的阀控密封铅酸蓄电池用双滤片柱式安全阀。
本实用新型的技术方案是:阀控密封铅酸蓄电池用双滤片柱式安全阀包括阀体、橡胶柱、螺塞、滤酸片和密封垫圈,阀体由阀座和阀座帽头两部分构成。所述滤酸片为双滤片,阀座外表面有螺纹,阀座与阀座帽头连接处为圆弧过度。
上述滤酸片上微孔的孔径为25~40μm,所述圆弧过度处的圆弧半径为2~4mm。
采用上述技术方案,当电池内压过高,安全阀打开,排出气体时,被气体带出的含酸水份碰到第一层滤片后,大部分返回电池内部,泄漏的少量水份在通过第二层滤片时又被阻挡回来。经过两次过滤,随气体外溢的水份只有原一层滤片的四分之一,大大增强滤酸效果,减少电池内部水份损失,既避免环境污染,又延长了电池使用寿命。另外,阀体上采用螺纹和圆弧过度,可使安全阀锁紧力提高3倍,而不会断裂,保证其安全可靠。

如图,该安全阀的阀体由阀座1和阀座帽头6构成,两者连接处8成圆弧过度,R取3mm,密封垫圈7与之相吻合。阀体内腔有橡胶柱2,上方有螺塞3,滤酸片4和滤酸片5分别设置在螺塞的内部和上方,滤酸片微孔的孔径为35μm。阀座的外表面有螺纹9。

1、一种阀控密封铅酸蓄电池用双滤片柱式安全阀,包括阀体、橡胶柱、螺塞、滤酸片和密封垫圈,阀体由阀座和阀座帽头两部分构成,其特征是滤酸片为双滤片,阀座外表面有螺纹,阀座与阀座帽头连接处为圆弧过度。
2、按权利要求1所述的双滤片柱式安全阀,其特征是滤酸片上微孔的孔径为25~40μm。
3、按权利要求1所述的双滤片柱式安全阀,其特征是圆弧过度处的圆弧半径为2~4mm。
