锌锰塑料壳干电池实用新型属电化学的锌锰干电池领域。适用于锌锰干电池。本实用新型主要技术是:锌筒外面用树脂粘接一个高于锌筒的塑料壳,塑料壳的底端做有弯边,塑料壳的上端用树脂粘接一个塑料盖。本实用新型主要优点:能够节约锌的用量,减少了封口工序和零件,降低了干电池的成本,提高抗漏性能。

一技术领域:本实用新型属电化学的锌锰干电池领域。
二、背景技术:现有的锌锰干电池是含有电解液的锰粉、锌筒和炭棒组成,锌筒上面有盖,下面有铁底,锰粉里插有炭棒,炭棒上压有铜帽,锰粉与锌筒之间有隔离层,隔离层是浆糊状的淀粉,或涂有淀粉的浆层纸,在锌筒的底部放有塑料隔离层,在盖的下面装有纸垫和沥青作为防漏用,在锰粉与盖之间做有一段空隙,空隙的作用是:防止漏液,同时防止膨胀。现有锌锰于电池主要缺点用锌量高、封口零件多,就造成锌锰干电池的成本高。例如:锌筒直接与盖连成一体,这样就把锰粉与盖之间做有一段空隙段也是锌筒的一部分,这段的锌筒实际上不参加电化学反应,当干电池报废时,这一段锌筒也就白白地浪费掉。现有锌锰干电池封口零件较多,也造成干电池成本高的原因之一。由于现有锌锰干电池存在上述不足,需要改进。
三、发明内容:
本实用新型的目的就是要设计一种能够节约用锌量、简化封口零件的锌锰塑料壳干电池。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:锌筒外面用树脂粘接一个高于锌筒的塑料壳,塑料壳的底端做有弯边,塑料壳的上端用树脂粘接一个塑料盖。
本实用新型有益效果是:能够节约锌的用量,减少了封口工序和零件,降低了干电池的成本,提高了抗漏性能。

五、具体实施方式:结合图1详细说明本实用新型的细节。锌锰干电池一般是由锌筒(6)含有电解液的锰粉(8)、导电用的炭棒(2)和塑料盖(3)组成,炭棒上装有铜帽(1),锰粉与锌筒之间有隔离层(7),锌筒的筒内底部放有塑料隔离层(9),锌筒的底面装有铁底(10),锰粉(8)与塑料盖(3)之间做有空隙(4)。这样的锌锰干电池在社会上用了多年。在锌筒(6)外面用树脂粘接一个高于锌筒的塑料壳(5),塑料壳的底端做有弯边(12),塑料壳的上端用树脂粘接一个塑料盖(3)。这样的做法使锌筒(6)低于塑料壳(5),这一段正是空隙(4)段,也是锌筒(6)不参加电化学反应的部分,这一段由塑料壳(5)代替了。塑料盖(3)里注塑一个铜帽(1),铜帽的口上做有弯边(13)。由塑料盖(3)与铜帽(1)做成一体,铜帽与塑料盖在装配过程中一次装配了。在塑料盖(3)的孔的下口上做有倒角,倒角里装有溶化的沥青(11)。由于有溶化的沥青(11),就能把塑料盖(3)和炭棒(2)之间的间隙密封,在反应过程产生的电解液就不致于漏出,同时以上做法可以省去密封零件。

1、一种锌锰塑料壳干电池,其特征在于:锌筒(6)外面用树脂粘接一个高于锌筒的塑料壳(5),塑料壳的底端做有弯边(12),塑料壳的上端用树脂粘接一个塑料盖(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种锌锰塑料壳干电池,其特征在于:在塑料盖(3)的孔的下口上做有倒角,倒角里装有溶化的沥青。
