Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种管道接头,其结构由接头芯管,密封圈和压力环筒组成,其中接头芯管外壁设有反向咬合齿和密封圈,当接头芯管外的压力环筒受压力收缩后,被接管道在接头芯管外壁的咬和齿和环形密封圈处形成较高的接合强度和较好的密封效果,本实用新型适用于塑料管或铝塑复合管的连接,具有安装简便,强度高,密封效果好等优点。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种管道接头，适用于各种塑料管材或铝塑复合管材之间的连接。
目前，管道接头种类很多，大都采用螺纹式连接接头，此种结构管接头对金属管材密封性好，结构坚固，其不足之处是生产工艺复杂，成本高，由于螺纹式接头使用时受力不均，长时间应用，容易漏水，给使用维修带来不便。
为解决以上管接头结构之不足，本实用新型的目的提供一种压力式管道接头，通过压力筒收缩，以达到连接强度高，密封效果好的目的。
本实用新型之结构设计是这样实现的，压力式管道接头其结构由接头芯管，环形密封圈和压力环筒三部分组成，其中接头芯管外壁设有反向咬合齿，咬合齿朝向与外接管道插入方向一致，咬合齿外壁有环形槽，环形槽内装有环形密封圈，复合管的外面套有压力环筒，周围开有小的观测孔，同一圆周上呈120°分布，接头芯管与撑体连接处开有环形槽，用来容纳被接管道受压膨胀伸出部分，(如图1所示)，当接头芯筒外的压力环筒受压力收缩后，被接管道在接头芯管外壁的咬合齿和环形密封圈处形成高的接合强度和较好的密封效果。
本实用新型的优点与已有技术比较，结构简单，生产容易，成本低，适合各种塑料管材及复合管材连接使用，密封效果好，经久耐用。

其结构由图1所示，1为接头芯管，2为环形密封圈，3为压力环筒，其中接头芯管1上1A为咬合齿，咬合齿朝向外接管道插入方向一致，1B为环形槽，为镶有密封圈位置，1C同样为环形槽，用来容纳被接管道受压膨胀伸出部分，起管道密封作用，3A为观测孔，用来观测外接管道插入深度，压力环筒3装在铝塑复合管的外面，受压后收缩，紧贴在铝塑复合管的管壁上，4为被接管材，管压力式管道接头为两端对称结构。
Claims (3)
1．一种压力式管道接头，其特征是该管接头由接头芯管(1)，环形密封圈(2)和压力环筒(3)三部分组成，其中接头芯管(1)外壁设有反向咬合齿(1A)，咬合齿朝向与外接管道插入方向一致，咬合齿(1A)外壁开有环形槽(1B)，环形槽(1B)内有环形密封圈(2)，复合管(4)外面套有压力环筒(3)。
2．按权利要求1所述的压力式管道接头，其特征在于压力环筒(3)外开有小的观测孔(3A)，同一圆周上呈120°分布。
3．按权利要求1所述的压力式管道接头，其特征在于接头芯管(1)与管道连接处开有环形槽(1C)。
