Abstract

Description
本实用新型涉及一种洗衣机，尤其是洗衣机的壳体。
现有的波轮式全自动洗衣机包括一个壳体，壳体通常分为金属箱体和全塑箱体，作为全塑箱体多为上、下分体式结构，这种结构的壳体在使用时，需将上、下两部分连接固定在一起，壳体的上端安装控制盘座。这种全塑的壳体比较适合容量在5.0kg以下的小体积洗衣机，作为5.0kg以上的大体积洗衣机，如果采用上、下分体式箱体，因为紧固间距太大而使其强度和稳定性受到影响，不适合采用全塑壳体。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺陷，提供一种保证装配后壳体强度和稳定性的全塑洗衣机。
本实用新型是这样实现的，它包括一个全塑壳体，壳体由一体式箱体和箱体上框组成，箱体上框固定在一体式箱体上端，且与控制盘座相配合。一体式箱体与箱体上框之间通过自攻螺钉在壳体两侧固定。
采用本实用新型，一体式箱体和箱体上框通过自攻螺钉的紧固而结合在一起，而且自攻螺钉的紧固位置均匀合理的分布在壳体的两侧，从而保证了壳体的强度和稳定性，使得全塑壳体不仅适用于小体积洗衣机，同样可以适用于大体积洗衣机。

参见附图，本实用新型包括全塑壳体，壳体由一体式箱体1和箱体上框2组成，箱体上框2下端固定在一体式箱体1上，箱体上框2上端与控制盘座相配合；一体式箱体1与箱体上框2之间通过自攻螺钉3固定，箱体上框2与一体式箱体1在自攻螺钉3的连接处设置加强筋11，自攻螺钉3对称设置在壳体的两侧，每一侧有4个，参见图3，箱体上框两侧分别有4个螺钉孔21，且分别位于洗衣机把手22的两端。

1、一种洗衣机，它包括一个全塑壳体，其特征在于壳体由一体式箱体和箱体上框组成，箱体上框固定在一体式箱体上端，且与控制盘座相配合。
2、根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机，其特征在于一体式箱体与箱体上框之间通过自攻螺钉固定。
3、根据权利要求2所述洗衣机，其特征在于箱体上框与一体式箱体在自攻螺钉连接处设置加强筋。
4、根据权利要求3所述的洗衣机，其特征在于自攻螺钉对称设置在壳体的两侧。
5、根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机，其特征在于壳体一侧的自攻螺钉有4个。
