Abstract

本实用新型公开了主要由放卷机、操作台、涂布机构、加热装置、中心卷取机构、机架、静电消除机构、膜厚度检测仪和可燃气体浓度检测探头组成的一种制膜机。由于采用了静电消除机构,保证了浆料在基材上的均匀分布。安装在电加热包膜出口处的膜厚度检测仪可很好的监测膜厚度。可燃气体浓度检测探头,可准确测量电加热包内挥发气体的浓度。

一种制膜机
本实用新型涉及一种涂布机构,特别是涉及一种制膜机。
一种公知的制膜机主要由放卷机、操作平台、残料刮刀、涂布机构、加热装置、中心卷取机构及机架等组成,由于这种制膜机未安装可燃气体监测装置、静电消除装置、制膜厚度监测装置,因而,不能很好的控制可燃气体的浓度、制膜的厚度、使浆料更均匀的分布在基材上。
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种可较好监测可燃气体的浓度、制膜的厚度并使浆料更均匀的分布在基材上的制膜机。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型一种制膜机,主要由放卷机、操作台、平台、纠偏装置、残料刮刀、涂布机构、加热装置、中心卷取机构及机架等组成;加热装置主要由温度传感器、电加热包、红外加热板组成。该制膜机还设有静电消除机构、膜厚度检测仪和可燃气体浓度检测探头;静电消除机构为两个,一个安装在放卷架上的,另一个安装在收卷处;膜厚度检测仪安装在电加热包的膜出口处;可燃气体浓度检测探头安装在电加热包内侧。
由于采用了静电消除机构,保证了基材不沾上灰尘,保证了浆料在基材上的均匀分布。安装在电加热包膜出口处的膜厚度检测仪可很好的监测膜厚度。可燃气体浓度检测探头,可准确测量电加热包内挥发气体的浓度。
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
图1为本实用新型制膜机主视图。
如图1所示,本实用新型一种制膜机,主要由放卷机1、操作台2、平台3、纠偏装置4、残料刮刀5、涂布机构6、加热装置7、中心卷取机构8及机架9等组成。加热装置7主要由温度传感器71、电加热包72、红外加热板73组成。制膜机上还设有静电消除机构10、膜厚度检测仪11和可燃气体浓度检测探头12。静电消除机构10为两个,安装在平台3上的为有源静电消除机构,另一个安装在收卷处为单面静电消除机构,由于采用了静电消除机构10,保证了基材电荷不发生聚集、打电火花现象,保证了浆料在基材上的均匀分布。膜厚度检测仪9安装在电加热包72的膜出口处。可燃气体浓度检测探头10安装在电加热包72内侧,该可燃气体浓度检测探头10采用泵吸方式进行工作,可准确测量电加热包72内挥发气体的浓度,当电加热包72内有机易燃易爆溶剂的挥发气体浓度太高时,就会发出警报。

1、一种制膜机,由放卷机、操作台、平台、纠偏装置、残料刮刀、涂布机构、加热装置、中心卷取机构及机架等组成;加热装置主要由温度传感器、电加热包、红外加热板组成;其特征在于:该制膜机还设有静电消除机构、膜厚度检测仪和可燃气体浓度检测探头;静电消除机构为两个,一个安装在放卷架上的,另一个安装在收卷处;膜厚度检测仪安装在电加热包的膜出口处;可燃气体浓度检测探头安装在电加热包内侧。
