泡沫塑料弹性磨块
本实用新型涉及一种磨块，尤其是一种其基体具有柔性的泡沫塑料弹性磨块。
目前，社会上用于对金属和非金属材料表面的研磨和抛光大都采用砂纸或砂布，用砂纸或砂布虽能实现对不同物件表面研磨和抛光的任务，但使用很不方便，如对表面光洁度要求较高而对其表面平整度要求较差的物件，用砂纸或砂布对其表面抛光就很难做到使其表面光洁度均匀，另外用手工使用砂纸或砂布对物件表面研磨或抛光时，使用更不方便，往往在砂纸或砂布的被面加一如木块类的硬质块状物体。
本实用新型的任务在于提供一种即适于对物件表面光洁度较高的物件的研磨和抛光，也适于对物件平整度要求较低物件的研磨和抛光，且具有使用方便特点的泡沫塑料弹性磨块。
本实用新型的任务是采用如下方案实现的，本实用新型以长方体或正方体泡沫塑料或海绵为基体，在其基体上的至少一个外表面上用粘结剂均匀粘结有砂粒层，构成研磨或抛光用平面。
由于本实用新型采用了以弹性较好的泡沫塑料或海绵做为基体，一是较一般砂布或砂纸便于手工操作；二是在对物件平整度较高物件表面研磨或抛光时，由于基体的均匀弹性作用，可有效的实现对物件的研磨或抛光的任务；三是在对其表面平整度较差物件表面的抛光时，可对磨块施加较大的压力，使其磨块与物件表面都能得到接触，从而可有效实现对物件表面的抛光任务。
以下将结合附图所给出的实施例对本实用新型进一步描述如下。
附图1给出了本实用新型长方体泡沫塑料弹性磨块的结构示意图。在附图中1为长方体泡沫塑料基体、2为上砂粒层、3为侧砂粒层。根据附图，在长方体泡沫塑料基体1的上、下、外侧面和前后外侧面上分别用粘结剂均匀粘结有砂粒层2和3，形成具有四面砂粒层的泡沫塑料弹性磨块。

1、一种泡沫塑料弹性磨块，是有基体和砂粒层所组成，其特征在于用长方体或正方体泡沫塑料或海绵做为基体，在其基体上的至少一个外表面上用粘结剂均匀粘结有砂粒层。
