本实用新型属于将化学能直接转变成电能的电池零件,用于锌空气电池。将空气电极制成三相界面稳定型空气电极。将三相界面稳定在内催化层与外催化层之间。防止了空气电极的淹没,解决了空气电极不能稳定大电流放电和寿命终结问题,放电电流由0到2安培提高到大于33安培,工作寿命大幅度提高。

锌空气电池三相界面稳定型空气电极
本实用新型属于将化学能直接转变成电能的电池零件,特别是锌空气电池的结构零件,涉及三相界面稳定型空气电极。
目前现有的空气电极采用润湿性相同的内催化层和外催化层,其方法是将催化层分成相同的两份,压合在集流网上,其不足之处是三相界面位置不稳定,不断由内向外推移,而造成空气电极不能稳定大电流放电和寿命终结。
本实用新型目的在于避免上述现有技术的不足之处而提供一种三相界面稳定型空气电极。
电解液一侧制成浸润型内催化层,将远离电解液一侧制成不浸润型外催化层,制成三相界面稳定型空气电极。这样电解液透过浸润型内催化层向外流动到达内催化层与外催化层之间后,即不再继续向外流动,将三相界面稳定在内催化层与外催化层之间。
本实用新型可以防止空气电极的淹没,解决了空气电极不能稳定大电流放电和寿命终结问题,放电电流由0到2安培提高到大于33安培,工作寿命大幅度提高。

本附图本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施达到,将空气电极靠近电为三相界面稳定型空气电极结构图,图中1为集流网,2表示电解液达到的位置,3为内催化层,4为外催化层,当电极工作时,电解液透过3达到2的位置即不能再向外流动,从而将三相界面稳定在3与4之间。

1.一种锌空气电池三相界面稳定型空气电极,由内催化层、外催化层、集流网组成,其特征是:内催化层[3]能被碱的水溶液浸润,外催化层[4]不能被碱的水溶液浸润。
