本实用新型涉及一种锁汽车备用轮胎的装置,具体说是一种气动轮胎防盗锁。
现在的备用轮胎用钢丝绳、铁链等固定,盗窃者用简单的工具就可将其剪断,不防盗。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种气动轮胎防盗锁,它结构简单,防盗可靠。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
本装置是有一箱体,箱体内有气缸,气缸的两端为排气堵,气缸内有弹簧,弹簧的一端连活塞,活塞有密封装置,活塞连活塞杆,该杆的另一端连立轴,立轴与锁盖连接;在气缸的活塞杆一侧有进气口,该口连进气管,进气管经装在驾驶室的气阀连储气室。
本实用新型的优点在于:1、防盗性能可靠,因为是气动没有一定压力的气是打不开的,弹簧的压力也足够大,人力拉不开。2、结构简单,操作方便,使用车自产气,在驾驶室操作即可。

由图1可以看到,本装置是有一箱体(2),箱体内用螺钉(15)固定一气缸(9),气缸的两端为排气堵(12)、(5),气缸内有弹簧(11),弹簧的一端连活塞(8),活塞上有密封圈(7),活塞由园螺母(16)连活塞杆(4),该杆的另一端连立轴(1),立轴与锁盖(3)连接;锁盖的另一侧有罩(10),在气缸的活塞杆一侧有进气口(17),该口连进气管(14),进气管经装在驾驶室的气阀连储气室。(6)为密封圈,(13)为备胎摇把口。
图1本锁处于锁定状态,当需打开时,在驾驶室操纵气阀,由进气口进气,压缩弹簧,使活塞杆水平移动,带动锁盖移动,使上边打开备胎摇把口(13)露出,可以插进摇把卸备胎。
