Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种从浮选金精矿焙砂废矿浆中回收金的吸附槽。
目前,废金矿浆液由于其含金浓度太低,一般为0.2克/吨,都没有再回收而作为废液排放掉,严重地污染环境,河流、农田受到破坏,至今还未解决措施。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种从浮选金精矿焙砂废矿浆中回收金的吸附槽,结构简单,回收率高达99.8%,操作方便为其特色。
本实用新型的实施方案如下,它是由槽体、搅拌叶、圆周斜筛、收集槽、加料管、加料筛、入槽管、筛余物管和马达所组成,其中所述搅拌叶位于槽体的内中心,圆周斜筛位于槽体内四周上边,收集槽位于槽体外部上面四周,加料管和加料筛位于槽体的外部顶侧,入槽管位于加料筛的下面,筛余物管位于收集槽下部,马达位于该装置的最上部。
本实用新型的优点是结构简单,操作方便和回收率高。
下面的优选例结合附图对本实用新型作详细描述。
图1是本实用新型吸附槽的结构简图。
图2是槽体、圆周斜筛的剖面简图。
从图1和图2可以看出,废金矿浆液与吸附剂一齐从加料管5通过加料筛6后,合格料浆由入槽管7进入槽体1内,含有大块的料管则由筛余物管8排出。当开动马达10搅拌2转动时,槽内料浆与带入的吸附剂充分混含使细小金矿被吸附。被吸附后废液通过圆周斜筛3后进入收集槽4槽,然后也由筛余物管排出。吸附后,吸附剂用空气提升出槽外(未画出),再进行本实用新型以外的分离。

1.一种从浮选金精矿焙砂废矿浆中回收金的吸附槽,它是由槽体1、搅拌叶2、圆周斜筛3、收集槽4、加料管5、加料筛6、入槽管7、筛余物管8和马达9所组成,其特征在于:其中所述搅拌叶2位于槽体1的内中心,圆周斜筛3位于槽体1的内四周上道,收集槽4则位于槽体1的外部上面四周,加料管5和加料筛6位于槽体1的外部顶侧,入槽管7位于加料管筛6的下面,筛余物管8位于收集槽4的下部,马达9位于该装置的最上部。
