梳理机用齿条
本实用新型涉及一种纺织设备的配件。
随着纺纱工艺和纺织设备的进一步发展，高产疏理机的不断完善，原有的疏理机用普通齿条，其对纺织纤维的梳理、转移能力不理想，已不能适应梳理机发展的需要，满足不了梳理机的工艺要求，特别是高产高速梳理机的工艺要求。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能提高纤维的梳理、转移性能的梳理机用齿条。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
一种梳理机用齿条，包括齿条体，其与现有技术的不同之处是：齿条体的齿尖为斜顶齿。
斜顶齿的倾斜角度为5～20度。在齿尖处有一折角，折角的角度为165～175度，折角距齿尖端部0.2～0.4mm。在齿的切口面上具横纹结构。
本实用新型可有效提高纺织纤维的梳理性能，提高道夫的抓取能力，提高纤维转移率，满足高速高产的工艺要求，提高纤维的平行度和CV值。

一种梳理机用齿条，包括齿条体1，齿条体1的齿尖2为斜顶齿。
斜顶齿的倾斜角度α为5～20度(例5、10、15、20度)。在齿尖处有一折角β，折角的角度为165～175度(例165、170、175度)，折角距齿尖端部0.2～0.4mm。在齿的切口面上具横纹结构，当然，也可不加横纹结构。

1、一种梳理机用齿条，包括齿条体，其特征在于：齿条体的齿尖为斜顶齿。
2、根据权利要求1所述的梳理机用齿条，其特征在于：斜顶齿的倾斜角度为5～20度。
3、根据权利要求1所述的梳理机用齿条，其特征在于：在齿尖处有一折角。
4、根据权利要求3所述的梳理机用齿条，其特征在于：折角的角度为165～175度。
5、根据权利要求3所述的梳理机用齿条，其特征在于：折角距齿尖端部0.2～0.4mm。
6、根据权利要求1或2、3所述的梳理机用齿条，其特征在于：在齿的切口面上具横纹结构。
