CPU芯片水冷散热器涉及芯片封装技术,适用于CPU芯片散热的水冷散热器。目的在于提出CPU芯片的水冷散热器。散热器包括进水管2、导热管3、出水管1、冷却槽上盖4、及冷却槽下盖5。冷却效果好。微电脑避免了CPU芯片过热而死机的现象发生。

CPU芯片水冷散热器
本实用新型涉及芯片封装技术,适用于CPU芯片散热的水冷散热器。
个人电脑中的CPU芯片功耗很大,目前的风冷技术对长时运行的芯片却还显得不够,往往造成CPU特性飘移而死机。因此,需要改进。
本实用新型目的在于提出CPU芯片的水冷散热器。
本实用新型目的是这样实现的:
一种CPU芯片水冷散热器,其特征在于包括进水管、出水管、导热管、冷却槽上盖、冷却槽下盖;进水管、导热管及出水管焊接成U字形;冷却槽上盖和下盖用螺栓连接而夹住导热管,并且导热管的底部与下盖焊在一起。

图1是本实用新型立体图。散热器包括进水管2、导热管3、出水管1、冷却槽上盖4、及冷却槽下盖5;进水管2、导热管3、出水管1焊接成U字形,冷却槽上盖4和下盖5用螺栓连接而夹住导热管3,导热管下部与下盖焊在一起,四周轴线是暗螺栓的轴线;冷却槽下盖5贴在芯片6外壳之上,冷却槽5与芯片6之间的固定方法与风冷冷却槽的固定法相同。
进水管2和出水管1分别用连接的水管插入微机外的水桶内,其中进水管还连有微型水泵。水泵将水打入进水管1,经导热管3,再从出水管1返回水桶,循环往复,使CPU温度与水温一致,从而使芯片散热。
效果:冷却效果好。微电脑避免了CPU芯片过热而死机的现象发生。

1、一种CPU芯片水冷散热器,其特征在于包括进水管、出水管、导热管、冷却槽上盖、冷却槽下盖;进水管、导热管及出水管焊接成U字形;冷却槽上盖和下盖用螺栓连接而夹住导热管,并且导热管的底部与下盖焊在一起。
