超低量喷雾器
本实用新型属于农业植保机械类。
在农业生产中，经常需要采用超低量喷雾器对植物的叶面进行喷施农药和施叶面微肥。目前的超低量喷雾器，类种较多；在结构上都比较零散，用时组装比较麻烦，给使用者带来很大的不便。目前的超低量喷雾器，其结构是由手柄、电池盒、液瓶和瓶盖、有量孔和气孔及气管的机座、装在机座中的电动机及电动机轴上插装的雾化盘组成的：上述的喷雾器，液瓶的瓶盖与机座为两体螺钉相互连接，手柄与电池盒也是两体螺钉相互连体。这种分体结构的喷雾器给使用者带很大的不方便。
本实用新型的目的是：提供一种在结构上整体性强的，使用方便的超低量喷雾器。
本实用新型的技术方案是：以由手柄、电池盒、液瓶和瓶盖、有量孔和气孔及气管的机座、装在机座中的电动机及电动机轴上插装的雾化盘组成的超低量喷雾器为基础；液瓶的瓶盖与机座注塑为一体，机座的连接柄通过螺栓连接电筒盖、电池盒与手柄为阶梯管形注塑为一体。
为了提高喷雾器的安全性，在机座下部套固有一个防护盖。
本实用新型的超低量喷雾器，有结构整体性强，使用方便，安全的积极效果。

图面说明和实施例叙述如下：图中19是机座，机座中装有电动机5，电动机5由导线16连接，经接线柱15与开关13连接控制，在机座19上有滴液的量孔4和与通气管2相插接的气孔；在电动机5的轴上插装有雾化盘7；机座19上的连接柄18通过螺栓17和定位销8连接电筒盖9，电池盒10和手柄11为阶梯管形注塑一体的，14是电池；12是加长杆，图中1是液瓶，3是瓶盖。为了增加喷雾器的整体性和使用的方便，本实用新型将瓶盖3与机座19注塑为一体，机座的连接柄18通过螺栓17和定位销8连接电筒盖9，电池盒10与手柄11为阶梯管形注塑为一体。为了增加喷雾的安全性，本实用新型在机座19下部套固有一个防护盖6，防止高速旋转的雾化盘触伤人及植物。

1.一种超低量喷雾器，是由手柄、电池盒、液瓶和瓶盖、有量孔和气孔及气管的机座、装机座中的电动机及电动机轴上插装的雾化盘组成的；其特征是：
a.液瓶的瓶盖与机座注塑为一体；
b.机座的连接柄通过螺栓连接电筒盖；
c.电池盒与手柄为阶梯管形注塑为一体。
2.按权利要求1所述的喷雾器，其特征是：在机座下部套固有一个防护盖。
