Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种废塑料脱水、排汽挤出机,它包括机架、电机、减速箱、料筒、螺杆。特点是与减速箱连接的料筒的左端上部设有进料仓、下部设有排水斗,进料仓左侧的料筒上依次设有至少三个排汽口,料筒内设有螺杆,螺杆分进料段、压缩段、排汽段、计量段。本实用新型对经清洗后的带水废塑料膜、片、袋、桶、瓶等不经烘干或晾晒直接进行脱水、排汽、熔融连续作业。它可用于废塑料炼油装置,也可用于生产废塑料再生制品。连续化生产能耗低,安全性好,效率高,可满足各种生产工艺要求。
Description
本实用新型涉及废塑料回收利用的机械,特别是一种废塑料脱水、排汽挤出机。
现有的废塑料挤出机是由塑料挤出机改制而成,长径比10∶1或8∶1不等,有的虽设有一个排汽段,但对其中所含水份的处理仍不理想,生产出的再生塑料粒子气泡很多,不能满足使用要求,专利95217516.9是一种对废塑料膜片一次挤出成型的设备,但也未对废塑料膜片中裹夹的水份问题提出解决办法。现有的挤出机均不能加工经清洗后带水或有一定湿度的废塑料。一般小型企业或家庭工厂采用露天晾晒的办法,反而使大气中的灰尘又落在洗过的废塑料上,降低了清洗效果,使加工出的再生塑料质量差,若增加烘干设备,势必增加投资、增大能耗,这也为小规模的废塑料加工厂负担不了,成为废塑料不能广泛回收利用的一个制约因素。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种废塑料脱水、排汽挤出机,该机能将清洗后带水的废塑料膜、片、袋或破碎后带水的桶、瓶碎料,省去烘干、晾晒等干燥过程直接进入挤出机,在挤出机中实现物料脱水、排汽、熔融使塑料达到各种不同使用要求。
实现本实用新型目的的具体技术方案是:挤出机包括机架、电机、减速箱、皮带轮、料筒及螺杆,特点是料筒的左端上部设有一进料仓,下部设有一排水斗;进料仓右侧的料筒上依次设有至少三个排汽口;料筒内设一螺杆,螺杆分为进料段、压缩段、排汽段、计量段;进料仓左侧的料筒内设有一堵水环;螺杆上的进料段螺杆直径为压缩段、计量段螺杆直径的两倍,排汽段螺杆直径小于压缩段螺杆直径,排汽段至少有三个,且设在压缩段之间,每一排汽段对应有一排汽口;排水斗与料筒之间通过数行排水孔接通,排水斗内设有一过滤网。
本实用新型用途广泛,可用于废塑料炼油装置,也可用于废塑料再生,连续化生产能耗低,安全性好,效率高,出料水份含量控制在0.5%以内,可满足各种生产工艺要求。

下面结合附图对本实用新型进行详细描述:
参照附图,经清洗过的废塑料由进料仓8进入进料段9内,在进料段9的料筒6下部均匀开有三至四排φ3的排水小孔17(供破碎的桶、瓶料脱水之用)或开四排φ8~12的排水小孔(供废塑料膜片脱水之用),使进料段9形成一个脱水室。进料仓8左侧料筒6内设有一堵水环7,使废塑料中裹夹的水集中在进料段9并由料筒6下部排水小孔17进入带过滤网10的排水斗11定向排出。螺杆22上的进料段9螺杆直径为压缩段13、计量段19螺杆直径的两倍,排汽段16螺杆直径小於压缩段13螺杆直径,排汽段16至少有三个,且设在压缩段13之间,每一排汽段16对应有一排汽口17。由于增设了压缩段13及排汽段16,使得料筒6内的废塑料中的水份问题得以解决,并使排汽口17下面的废塑料熔融物不呈正压。本实用新型的螺杆长径比在30∶1至35∶1之间,废塑料进入料筒6后,在螺杆22和料筒6的作用下,经脱水,多级压缩、排汽后,废塑料中水份已基本全部被排除,这样经脱水除去水份的废塑料熔融体通过出料口21,可满足不同工艺生产要求。
Claims (3)
1.一种废塑料脱水、排汽挤出机,包括机架(18)、电机(3)、减速箱(2)、皮带轮(1)、料筒(6)及螺杆(22),其特征在于料筒(6)的左端上部设有一进料仓(8)、下部设有一排水斗(11);进料仓(8)右侧的料筒(6)上依次设有至少三个排汽口(17);料筒(6)内装有一螺杆(22),螺杆(22)分为进料段(9)、压缩段(13)、排汽段(16)、计量段(19);进料仓(8)左侧的料筒(6)内设有一堵水环(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的挤出机,其特征在于所述的螺杆(22)上的进料段(9)螺杆直径为压缩段(13)、计量段(19)螺杆直径的2倍,排汽段(16)螺杆直径小于压缩段(13)螺杆直径,排汽段(16)至少有三个,且设在压缩段(13)之间,每一排汽段(16)对应有一排汽口(17)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的挤出机,其特征在于所述的排水斗(11)与料筒(6)之间通过排水孔(12)接通,排水斗(11)内设有一过滤网(10)。
