熔抽异形纤维
本实用新型提供一种用于混凝土、耐火材料等脆性基体中的填充料,特别是一种熔抽异形纤维。
为了增加混凝土、耐火材料等脆性材料的强度、韧性和抗裂性能,现有技术中出现了钢纤维增强技术,即将纤维均匀分置于脆性材料基体中,依靠纤维与基体间的握裹力而增加脆性基体的强度、韧性和抗裂性能。目前,常用的增强钢纤维有平直光滑短钢丝,由于表面光滑、平直,与脆性基体间的握裹力小,成本高;波纹状短钢丝,虽然与脆性基体间的握裹力大,但成本更高;熔抽平直钢纤维,成本低,但它仅以粗糙的表面与脆性基体间产生的握裹力小于波纹状短钢丝与基体间的握裹力。
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述不足之处,而提供一种既成本低,又与脆性基体间有很大握裹力的熔抽异形纤维。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:熔抽异形纤维的形体为异形图形扁状体,表面有毛刺。
