本实用新型涉及一种预应力钢绞线。
背景技术:
现有的预应力钢绞线都是光面的,缺点是与混凝土结合力比较低。
发明内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种与混凝土结合力高的高强度低松弛预应力钢绞线。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:它包括中心丝和边丝,中心丝为光面,边丝表面设刻痕。
每个边丝表面均匀刻有3条刻痕,其中一条边丝上的刻痕与另两条边丝上的刻痕的方向相反,刻痕节距a=5.5±0.5mm,刻痕间距b=2.0±0.5mm,刻痕深度h=0.07±0.03mm。
本实用新型的优点是:由于边丝表面有刻痕,所以与混凝土的结合力高,可增加预应力混凝土的安全性和使用寿命。

具体实施方式:
参照图1-3,它包括中心丝1和边丝2,中心丝为光面,边丝表面设刻痕3。
以1770Mpa级的钢丝为原料,钢绞线采用1×7结构,捻距是直径的14-16倍,中心丝为光面,直径d1为边丝直径do的1.03倍以上,每根边丝表面均匀刻3条刻痕,其中的一条刻痕与另外的两条刻痕方向相反,刻刻痕节距a=5.5±0.5mm,刻痕间距b=2.0±0.5mm,刻痕深度h=0.07±0.03mm。生产时,采用优质高碳钢盘条拉制高强度钢丝,然后对钢丝进行三面刻痕处理,得到如上所述的刻痕形状和尺寸,再将6根刻痕钢丝作为钢绞线的边丝,中心丝仍采用光面钢丝,按规定的捻距进行捻制,最后进行感应加热、张拉、冷却的稳定化处理。

2、按照权利要求1所述的高强度低松弛预应力钢绞线,其特征是:每个边丝表面均匀刻有3条刻痕,其中一条边丝上的刻痕与另两条边丝上的刻痕的方向相反,刻痕节距a=5.5±0.5mm,刻痕间距b=2.0±0.5mm,刻痕深度h=0.07±0.03mm。
