本实用新型提供一种1×7I预应力刻痕钢绞线,所述的钢绞线由七根钢丝拧制而成,芯丝为一根光圆钢丝,边丝为六根沿径向四面带有刻痕的钢丝,四面刻痕互成90°,所述刻痕为平行四边形,且其深度为0.03mm-0.2mm,刻痕长度为3mm-5mm,刻痕节距为5.0mm-8.5mm。本实用新型的有益效果是增加了钢绞线与混凝土的握裹力,解决了芯丝与边丝滑移回缩问题,保持了钢绞线良好的力学性能,提高了预应力混凝土构件质量。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种建筑行业用预应力钢材技术领域,特别是涉及到一种预应力混凝土构件中所使用的一种1×7I预应力刻痕钢绞线。 
背景技术
建筑行业中的预应力混凝土构件,为了增加构件抗压、抗震等力学性能,大都使用预应力钢丝或钢绞线作配筋。其配筋与混凝土之间的握裹力的好坏是决定预应力混凝土构件质量的重要因素。 
现在技术的预应力混凝土构件采用光圆钢丝或单根规律变形钢丝或开有对称刻痕钢丝作或由以上钢丝拧制而成的钢绞线为预应力混凝土构件配用主筋,存在如下问题:1、光圆钢丝表面是光滑的,握裹力较小;2、有光圆钢丝拧制而成的钢绞线,仅仅靠光圆钢丝之间的非有效接触的摩擦力产生对混凝土构件的回压应力,极易产生芯丝边部滑移回缩,致使芯丝应力减少或完全失去应力,制约了预应力混凝土构件的质量和寿命,而且降低了钢绞线与混凝土的握裹力;3、单根规律变形钢丝或开有对称刻痕钢丝或由以上钢丝拧制而成的钢绞线,与混凝土之间的握裹力较小,尤其前者应力集中严重,导致预应力混凝土构件质量较差。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于为了克服现有技术中的不足而提供一种增强与混凝土握裹力,强度高,解决芯丝和边丝滑移回缩问题,力学性能好,应用范围广的一种1×7I预应力刻痕钢绞线。 
本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:一种1×7I预应力刻痕钢绞线,所述的钢绞线由七根钢丝拧制而成,芯丝为一根光圆钢丝,边丝为六根沿径向四面带有刻痕的钢丝,四面刻痕互成90°,所述刻痕为平行四边形,且其深度为0.03mm-0.2mm,刻痕长度为3mm-5mm,刻痕节距为5.0mm-8.5mm。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:增加了钢绞线与混凝土的握裹力,解决了芯丝与边丝滑移回缩问题,保持了钢绞线良好的力学性能,提高了预应力混凝土构件质量。
