Abstract
本发明涉及一种高粘合性能胶带钢丝绳,它包括绳芯和绳股,绳股捻制在绳芯上,其特征为在绳股的外层钢丝中若干相间隔的钢丝的表面设有螺旋凹槽,螺旋凹槽的深度为钢丝直径的0.4~0.6%,螺旋凹槽的深度为钢丝直径的1.5~2.5%,螺旋凹槽的螺旋间距为钢丝直径的0.5~0.6倍。本发明具有能使橡胶充分渗入到钢丝绳的股丝之间,提高橡胶与钢丝绳的粘合强度,提高钢丝绳的防锈蚀性和增加输送胶带的动态疲劳寿命的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶带钢丝绳,尤其涉及一种高粘合性能胶带钢丝绳。
背景技术
随着国内矿山、码头的大量建设,高效节能、无污染的输送胶带运输取代了原来的短距离汽车运输。这种运输方式的关键部件和主要设备消耗品是输送胶带,其中钢丝绳芯输送胶带采用钢丝绳来补强,其承载能力大为提高,从而可供高速度、大运输量、长距离的运输胶带使用,国内外都在广泛推广应用钢丝绳芯输送胶带;钢丝绳胶带具有拉伸强度大、伸长量小、成槽性好、耐曲挠性好、输送量大、使用寿命长等特点,但钢丝绳在输送胶带中的使用过程中存在橡胶不能充分渗入到钢丝绳的股丝之间现象,使得橡胶与钢丝绳的粘合强度不高,降低了钢丝绳的防锈蚀性,从而降低了输送胶带的动态疲劳寿命。
发明内容
针对以上缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种高粘合性能胶带钢丝绳,其具有能使橡胶充分渗入到钢丝绳的股丝之间,提高橡胶与钢丝绳的粘合强度,提高钢丝绳的防锈蚀性,从而增加了输送胶带的动态疲劳寿命。
本发明的技术内容为,一种高粘合性能胶带钢丝绳,它包括绳芯和绳股,绳股捻制在绳芯上,其特征为在绳股的外层钢丝中若干相间隔的钢丝的表面设有螺旋凹槽,螺旋凹槽的深度为钢丝直径的0.4~0.6%,螺旋凹槽的深度为钢丝直径的1.5~2.5%,螺旋凹槽的螺旋间距为钢丝直径的0.5~0.6倍。
在上述高粘合性能胶带钢丝绳中,表面设有螺旋凹槽的钢丝数量为绳股的外层钢丝数量的30~50%。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的优点是:本发明通过更改绳股的外层钢丝中若干相间隔的钢丝的表面形状,提高了橡胶在钢丝绳中的渗透能力,由此提高了橡胶与钢丝绳的粘合强度,使钢丝绳的防锈蚀性得到提高,从而增加了输送胶带的动态疲劳寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2和图3所示一种高粘合性能胶带钢丝绳,它包括绳芯1和绳股2,绳股2捻制在绳芯1上,其特征为在绳股2的外层钢丝2.1中若干相间隔的钢丝的表面设有螺旋凹槽2.2,螺旋凹槽2.2的深度为钢丝直径的0.5%,螺旋凹槽2.2的深度为钢丝直径的2%,螺旋凹槽2.2的螺旋间距为钢丝直径的0.5倍,表面设有螺旋凹槽2.2的钢丝数量为绳股的外层钢丝2.1数量的40%。
Claims (2)
1.一种高粘合性能胶带钢丝绳,它包括绳芯和绳股,绳股捻制在绳芯上,其特征为在绳股的外层钢丝中若干相间隔的钢丝的表面设有螺旋凹槽,螺旋凹槽的深度为钢丝直径的0.4~0.6%,螺旋凹槽的深度为钢丝直径的1.5~2.5%,螺旋凹槽的螺旋间距为钢丝直径的0.5~0.6倍。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高粘合性能胶带钢丝绳,其特征为表面设有螺旋凹槽的钢丝数量为绳股的外层钢丝数量的30~50%。
