适用于储粮浅圆仓的挡料门
本实用新型涉及一种散状物料储仓的挡料门，具体地说是一种适用于储粮浅圆仓的挡料门。
目前用来储存粮食的钢筋砼大直径浅圆仓的直径可达30米左右，其高度一般为15米左右。为了便于清仓铲车和人员的出入，在仓壁上开有一门洞和置于门洞内的整体式平板挡料门，由于这种仓的储粮高度高，仓内的储粮作用在挡料门上的压力大，因此要求挡料门必须具有很大的刚度和抗弯强度，这就使得挡料门的厚度增加而自重增大，带来挡料门开闭和拆装困难；又因为该挡料门为整体式平板结构，只有当仓内的储粮出完时才能将挡料门打开，且此时往往由于在挡料门的下部存有少量的储粮而造成挡料门难以打开。
本实用新型的目的就在于克服上述现有技术所存在的不足而提供一种适用于储粮浅圆仓的挡料门。
本实用新型的目的可通过以下措施来实现：
本实用新型包括门扇体，所述门扇体的横截面为拱形结构；该门扇体由至少上、下两段对开式门扇组成。
根据实际工作经验，所述门扇体是由上、中、下依次排列的三段对开式门扇组成。
本实用新型的优点就在于采用具有拱形结构的门扇体，以及所述门扇体由上、中、下依次排列的三段对开式门扇组成，在使用时，门扇体的拱面朝向仓内，从而提高了挡料门的刚度和抗弯强度，降低了挡料门的自重，节约了挡料门的原材料；同时当仓库内储粮高度降低时，人员可分段打开挡料门进入仓库内作业；在仓库内储粮出完时，人员又可通过上段挡料门进入仓库内清理挡料门后面滞留的储粮。
