本实用新型涉及一种由多层钢带卷制的涡卷弹簧筒。弹簧钢带3通过铆钉4固定在芯轴2和外壳1上,弹簧钢带3是两层或两层以上多层的,各层钢带的长度尺寸不一致,全部钢带的一端叠加固定在芯轴2上,尺寸最长钢带的另一端固定在外壳1上,其余钢带的另一端是自由卷放的。可以将输出转矩控制在指定大小变化近似于恒定的范围内,用于需要恒定弹性力驱动或储能的机械产品。

本实用新型涉及一种由多层钢带卷制的涡卷弹簧筒。
中国实用新型专利96231791.8号说明书提出了一种钢带铆合在芯轴上的涡卷弹簧筒,解决了芯轴脱落问题,但其输出特性仍是递减的,不能直接获得恒定的输出转矩。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够直接获得较为恒定输出转矩的涡卷弹簧筒。
本实用新型是通过下述技术方案实现的。
层错钢带涡卷弹簧筒,有外壳,芯轴,弹簧钢带,弹簧钢带通过铆钉固定在芯轴上,本实用新型的弹簧钢带是多层的,各层钢带的长度尺寸不一致,全部钢带的一端叠加固定在芯轴上,尺寸最长钢带的另一端固定在外壳上,其余钢带的另一端是自由卷放的。
由于本实用新型采用多层长度尺寸不一致的钢带卷制,在芯轴转动时,靠近芯轴的位置,钢带层数多,变形力大,作用半径小,远离芯轴的位置,钢带层数逐渐减少,变形力逐渐减小,作用半径逐渐增大,适当选择钢带层数和各层长度尺寸,就可以将输出转矩控制在指定大小变化近似于恒定的范围内。在需要恒定弹力转矩的场合,采用本实用新型构成的弹力发动机,比较单层涡卷弹簧筒构成的弹力发动机,显著优化了机构的输出特性。

图1所示的层错钢带涡卷弹簧筒,有外壳1,芯轴2,弹簧钢带3,弹簧钢带3通过铆钉4固定在芯轴2和外壳1上,本实用新型的弹簧钢带3是两层或两层以上多层的,各层钢带的长度尺寸不一致,全部钢带的一端叠加固定在芯轴2上,尺寸最长钢带的另一端固定在外壳1上,其余钢带的另一端是自由卷放的。
图1所示涡卷弹簧筒的弹簧钢带3可以用图2所示的梯形轮廓钢带5取代。
图1所示涡卷弹簧筒的弹簧钢带3还可以用图3所示的阶梯形钢带6取代,阶梯形轮廓的轮廓线可以是由直线组成,也可以是由曲线组成,也可以是由直线和曲线混合组成,阶梯形轮廓的轮廓线可以是单边的,也可以是相对两边的。

3,根据权利要求1的涡卷弹簧筒,其特征是,弹簧钢带3还可以用阶梯形钢带6取代,阶梯形轮廓的轮廓线可以是由直线组成,也可以是由曲线组成,也可以是由直线和曲线混合组成,阶梯形轮廓的轮廓线可以是单边的,电可以是相对两边的。
