轻质高效屋面隔热板,属一般建筑物有关隔绝的屋顶构造,其特征在于轻质泡沫塑料板间置有铝箔,内芯以铝箔为对称中心,于上下侧面对称地置有轻质泡沫塑料板和玻璃纤维布,外层的水泥砂浆层呈六面体包覆内芯。本实用新型具有重量轻,吸水率低,隔热效果好,承压抗折性能可靠的特点,经建材产品质量监督部门检验,各项性能指标良好,且施工中易于裁切,可广泛用于工业和民用建筑物屋面的保温隔热。

轻质高效屋面隔热板
轻质高效屋面隔热板,属一般建筑物有关隔绝的屋顶构造。
现有屋面的隔热,如双层板内隔热,混凝土板架空外隔热等,因所用材料密度大,既大幅度增加了屋面负荷,又给施工带来不便。近年来推出的珍珠岩隔热板,材料密度虽有所降低,但吸水性强,隔热效果不稳定,还存在运输和施工中破损率高的问题。CN2217051Y公开了一种轻体屋面隔热保温板,由水泥层、玻璃丝网格布和聚苯乙烯板组成。玻璃丝网格布夹于水泥层和聚苯乙烯板之间。虽重量减轻,隔热保温效果有所提高,但承压抗折性能差,易在运输和施工中破损。
本实用新型的目的,在于提供一种隔热效果好,承压抗折性能可靠的轻质高效屋面隔热板。
本实用新型是这样来实现上述目的的。隔热板由铝箔、轻质泡沫塑料板、玻璃纤维布及水泥砂浆层结合而成,轻质泡沫塑料板间置有铝箔,内芯以铝箔为对称中心,于上下侧面对称地置有轻质泡沫塑料板和玻璃纤维布,外层的水泥砂浆层呈六面体包覆内芯。
本实用新型具有重量轻,吸水率低,隔热效果好,承压抗折性能可靠的特点。经建材产品质量监督部门检验,承压平均值为17.9KN,抗折平均值为1.66KN,吸水率为6.4%,容重620Kg/M3,隔热性能比轻质保温砖降低4℃,抗冻性能良好,且施工中易于裁切,可广泛用于工业和民用建筑物屋面的保温隔热。
附图为本实用新型的剖面结构示意图。在轻质泡沫塑料板301、302之间置有铝箔4,两侧包裹玻璃纤维布201、202,其外层四周包覆有水泥砂浆层1。
实施例:50×50×5cm屋面隔热板,其中铝箔厚0.08mm,轻质泡沫塑料板采用聚苯乙烯板,板厚20mm,水泥砂浆层厚5mm,依次配置后以水泥砂浆浇注成型。
当用于现浇屋面板的隔热时,隔热板直接铺于屋面的外层。在用于预制屋面板的隔热时,隔热板铺于找坡层,上面再抹水泥砂浆和铺设防水层。

1、一种由铝箔、轻质泡沫塑料板、玻璃纤维布及水泥砂浆层构成的轻质高效屋面隔热板,其特征在于:轻质泡沫塑料板间置有铝箔,内芯以铝箔为对称中心,于上下侧面对称地置有轻质泡沫塑料板和玻璃纤维布,外层的水泥砂浆层呈六面体包覆内芯。
