本实用新型公开了一种木纤维托盘,是由盘面、支柱、盘底组成。其盘面、盘底均为木纤维压制成型的平板,支柱为木纤维压制成型的圆筒状管材。圆筒支柱的两端外缘分别嵌进盘面和条板盘底相应部位的刻槽内,构成本实用新型的托盘。

本实用新型涉及一种产品集合运输和仓储用的负载托盘。
现有技术的托盘主要有以下几种结构:1、木材钉合结构方式,其缺陷是:资源局限性大,成本高;无回收再生价值,不符合国际环保法规;钉合结构容易松脱,导致人员、货物受损等,其突出优点:负载强度高。
2、纸板粘合结构方式,其缺陷是:结构强度较低,易断裂变形,承载重量有限;防潮性能差,材料及加工成本偏高等,其突出优点:符合国际环保法规,可回收再生。
3、塑料成型结构方式,其缺陷是:结构强度偏低,易断裂变形;承载重量有限,托盘本体表面平滑,盛载物资易滑落;突出优点是防潮性能好。
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构强度较高、易于回收、且符合国际环保要求的新型托盘。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:综合木材钉合结构、纸板粘合结构等现有技术托盘的优点,选用木纤维板为主要材料,设计一种由木纤维平板盘面、若干个相应高度的木纤维圆筒状空心支柱和相应的若干条木纤维盘底组成。圆筒支柱的上下两端外缘分别嵌进盘面平板及盘底条板相应部位的刻槽里,并用高强度树脂粘牢,从而构成完整的托盘本体。
由于本实用新型吸取了现有技术托盘的优点,在结构方式和材料配置的实用效果上更有显而易见的创新和突破。1、本实用新型的圆筒状空心支柱支撑力大,且用材少;2、采用以木纤维为原材料经高温高压制成的板材和圆筒支柱而构成,无须用钉,安全卫生;无虫害、无须熏煮处理,符合国际环保法规;防潮性能好,耐压、耐折、耐冲击,且有良好的缓冲机能;盘面受力均匀,表体平整而不光滑,货物盛放平稳;整个托盘可以回收再生。3、本实用新型的结构塑性大,制作工艺便捷,托盘的四个侧向均留有叉车插入口,使用操作方便。

实施例,如附图1所示,本实用新型是由盘面(1)、圆筒支柱(2)、盘底(3)组成。实施例中的盘底(3)有三条,在每条盘底(3)的顶面上开有三个刻槽;在盘面(1)的底面上的相对位置处也相应开有九个刻槽;九个圆筒支柱(2)的上、下两端分别嵌进盘面(1)和盘底(3)的刻槽内,并用高强度树脂粘牢,构成本实用新型的托盘。
本实用新型的盘面(1)和盘底(3)均采用木纤维压制成型板材,圆筒支柱(2)采用木纤维压制成型的圆筒材制做。

1、一种木纤维托盘,包括盘面、盘底和支柱,其特征在于:所述的支柱为木纤维圆筒状空心结构,盘底为若干条木纤维板,圆筒支柱的上、下两端外缘分别嵌进木纤维盘面和各条木纤维盘底的相应位置的刻槽内,并以高强度树脂粘接。
