本实用新型是一种大蒜脱皮机械，属于农副产品加工技术领域。
目前的大蒜脱皮工艺都是手工完成的，这项工作不仅费时费力效率低，而且工作环境差，影响工人身体健康。本实用新型的目的就是使大蒜脱皮工艺实现机械化，提高工作效率，将工人从恶劣的工作条件中解放出来。
下面将结合附图对本实用新型的技术内容加以叙述：
附图是本实用新型的一种示意结构的纵向剖面图。
如附图所示，在圆形外桶①的里面置一圆形内桶②，在圆形内桶②的桶底中心处设一轴③，轴③穿过圆形外桶①的底部中心与电机④通过皮带⑤相连接而获得动力。圆形内桶②在电机④的带动下绕轴心转动，而圆形外桶①则固定不动。圆形外桶①的内壁与圆形内桶②的外壁之间具有一定的空间，且在两壁面上分别设有一层有序排列的橡胶柱⑥。在外桶①的底部设有出料口⑦。在外桶①的顶端设有喇叭口⑧，在内桶②的顶部置一圆台形的罩⑨，喇叭口⑧与圆台形罩⑨组成一环形的上料口，在上料口上方设有喷淋管⑩。
使用时，将大蒜从上料口加入，大蒜在相对运动的橡胶柱⑥的挤压、摩擦作用下将其皮脱掉。大蒜在自身重力和水冲作用下逐渐落入圆桶①的底部，从出料口⑦出来，完成脱皮过程。

Claims (4)

1.一种由圆形外桶①和圆形内桶②组成的大蒜脱皮机，其特征是内桶②置于外桶①的里面，且两桶的轴心重合，两桶壁之间具有一定空间，在内桶②的桶底中心处设一轴③，轴③穿过外桶①的桶底中心后通过皮带⑤与电机④相连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征是在外桶①的内壁面上和内桶②的外壁面上各设一层有序排列的橡胶柱⑥。
3、根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征是外桶顶端设有嗽叭口⑧，内桶②的上端罩一圆台形罩⑨，且圆台形罩⑨与内桶②互不接触。
4、根据权利要求1所述的装置，外桶①的底部设有出料口⑦。
