无轴万向轮
本实用新型属于一种活动轮，具体涉及一种无轴万向轮。
在一些家具、活动椅或室内小推车上均装有活动轮。目前所采用的活动轮，大多数为有轴转轮，其承受压力小，转动不太灵活，而且容易损坏。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种转动灵活，承受压力大，使用寿命长的无轴万向轮。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：无轴万向轮由轮罩和轮球组成，轮罩为半圆形，其内腔呈台阶状，在轮罩下端装有一环形固定套，轮球设置在轮罩与固定套之间；在轮球上半部装有盘珠，该盘珠通过轮罩内腔的台阶定位。
无轴万向轮采用垂直安装，承受压力大，盘珠与轮球呈环状点接触滚动，摩擦力小，使用寿命长。该万向轮结构简单，用途广泛，配件更换方便，轮球转动顺畅灵活，适合于家具、活动椅或室内小推车上安装使用。

其中：1、轮罩  2、盘珠  3、螺钉  4、环形固定套  5、轮球
如图所示，轮罩1外形为半圆形，内腔呈台阶状，顶部有凸轴，凸轴上设有螺纹，以便于与所需要安装的物体底部固定连接。环形固定套4装在轮罩下端，并通过螺钉3与轮罩固定连接。轮球5装在轮罩与固定套之间，可采用钢球或耐磨的橡胶球、塑胶球制作。在轮球上半部装有盘珠2，盘珠通过轮罩内腔的台阶定位。该万向轮结构紧凑，易于加工，适用范围广。

1、一种无轴万向轮，由轮罩和轮球组成，其特征在于轮罩为半圆形，内腔呈台阶状，在轮罩下端装有一环形固定套，轮球设置在轮罩与固定套之间；在轮球上半部装有盘珠，该盘珠通过轮罩内腔的台阶定位。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种无轴万向轮，其特征在于环形固定套通过螺钉与轮罩固定连接。
