本实用新型涉及可调式座椅五星脚,它包括底座、脚轮、支杆;所述的底座设有凹槽,槽内设有螺孔,所述的支杆嵌合在上述底座的凹槽内并通过螺栓与底座紧固,所述的脚轮设在支杆的外端。与现有技术相比,本实用新型通过配备不同长度的支杆来改变五星脚半径,以满足装配各种大小的办公座椅的要求,从而简化了生产工序,降低了生产成本。此外,它还采用了带制动的软脚轮,解决了空座椅容易滑动的问题。

Description

可调式座椅五星脚
本实用新型涉及座椅的零部件，尤其涉及一种可调式座椅五星脚。
目前，办公室具中的座椅，如电脑椅、大班椅一般都是采用五星脚，而现有的五星脚都具有固定的半径，因此，每生产一种五星脚就必须配备一套模具，这种生产方式对生产厂家来说成本较高。此外，普通五星脚的脚轮不含制动装置，空座椅一碰就会大幅度地滑开，给用户再次就坐造成不便。
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种生产成本较低、适应装配各种大小座椅的可调式座椅五星脚。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下方式来实现：可调式座椅五星脚，包括底座、脚轮、支杆；所述的底座设有凹槽，槽内设有螺孔，所述的支杆嵌合在上述底座的凹槽内并通过螺栓与底座紧固，所述的脚轮设在支杆的外端。
所述的脚轮采用带制动的软脚轮。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型通过配备不同长度的支杆来改变五星脚半径，这样，生产厂家只需生产一种型号的五星脚底座，通过更换不同长度的支杆，即可满足装配各种大小的办公座椅，如电脑椅、大班椅的要求，从而简化了生产工序，降低了生产成本。此外，本实用新型还采用了带制动的软脚轮，该脚轮内设有弹簧紧锁装置，受力时弹簧被压缩后留出空隙，脚轮因而能灵活移动，人离座后则弹簧恢复原形，轮轴与轮孔之间增加转动摩擦力，使脚轮难以移动，从而解决了空座椅容易滑动这个困扰办公族已久的问题。

如图所示，一种半径可调式座椅五星脚，它包括底座1、支杆2、脚轮3；所述的底座1的各臂的横截面为H型，其上下各形成一凹槽，我们设定上凹槽为11，在该凹槽底部设有两个螺孔12；所述的支杆2对应嵌设在上述凹槽11内，支杆2的底部也设有与上述螺孔12相对应的螺孔(图未示)，支杆2通过螺栓4紧固在底座1的各臂上；所述的脚轮3采用带制动装置的软脚轮，它设置在各支杆2的外端。通过更换不同长度的支杆2，可以改变这种五星脚的半径。这种半径可调式座椅五星脚可以适配各种大小的座椅，从而节省了生产厂家的模具费用，简化了生产工序。

1．可调式座椅五星脚，包括底座、脚轮，其特征在于：还包括支杆；所述的底座设有凹槽，槽内设有螺孔，所述的支杆嵌合在上述底座的凹槽内并通过螺栓与底座紧固，所述的脚轮设在支杆的外端。
2．根据权利要求1所述的可调式座椅五星脚，其特征在于：所述的脚轮采用带制动的软脚轮。
