Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种五金产品中的道轨装置,由滑轮和道轨组成,所述的滑轮包括轮轴、滚珠、滚珠支持圈以及外圈四部分,滚珠由支持圈夹持,置于轮轴与外圈之间。从而使道轨滚动流畅、无噪音而且减少摩擦,从而提高使用寿命的道轨。
Description
本实用新型涉及五金产品中的道轨装置，尤其是一种应用滚珠滑轮的道轨。
现有的道轨中，每只道轨上多配有滑轮，这种滑轮采用实心圆轮，中间为实心轮轴，其缺点是使用过程中容易产生噪音，而且由于滑轮内圈与实心轮轴直接接触，使得转动时摩擦增大，从而容易损坏，减少滑轮的和轮轴的使用寿命。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够克服上述滑轮的缺点，使道轨滚动流畅、无噪音而且减少摩擦，从而提高使用寿命的道轨。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：道轨装置由滑轮和道轨组成，所述的滑轮包括轮轴、滚珠、滚珠支持圈以及外圈四部分，滚珠由支持圈夹持，置于轮轴与外圈之间。
由于采用了滚珠滑轮，使得滑轮滚动更为流畅，无噪音，而且减少了摩擦，从而提高了轴承的寿命。
以下结合附图及实施例对本实用新型做进一步详细说明。

如图1所示，滑轮1以铆接方式固定道轨2上。也可以通过螺栓方式与道轨2连结。
如图2、3所示，道轨装置由滑轮1和道轨2组成，所述的滑轮包括轮轴3、滚珠4、滚珠支持圈5以及外圈6四部分，滚珠4由支持圈5夹持，置于轮轴3与外圈6之间。
使用时，轮轴3与道轨2固定，滑轮1通过滚珠4实现与道轨2的相对运动，由于采用了线接触滚动，因而可以大大减少摩擦，提高滑轮的寿命。
为了减少外圈6与道轨2的接触面，可以采用外圈镶嵌耐磨材料套环的方法。

1、一种道轨装置，由滑轮(1)和道轨(2)组成，其特征在于：所述的滑轮(1)包括轮轴(3)、滚珠(4)、滚珠支持圈(5)以及外圈(6)四部分，滚珠(4)由支持圈(5)夹持，置于轮轴(3)与外圈(6)之间。
2、根据权利要求1所述的道轨装置，其特征在于：所述的滑轮(1)一端通过铆接或螺栓与道轨(2)连结。
3、根据权利要求1所述的道轨装置，其特征在于；所述的滑轮(1)外圈(6)套固圈硬质套环。
