电机定子
本实用新型涉及一种电机定子。
原有的电机定子是直接采用薄钢板冲压成单片(圈)叠加后经焊接、机加而成,用此工艺生产的电机定子,定子内、外材料均为废料,因而材料利用率很低,仅为15%,且生产效率低,质量也较差。在中国专利公开说明书CN1052977A中,提供了一种与转子一起套裁的定子,在一定程度上可提高材料的利用率,但由于其与转子一起套裁,有很大的局限性。而且,该定子的齿部和轭部分别缠绕,制作工艺复杂。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种材料利用率高、生产效率高且质量稳定的电机定子。
本实用新型是这样实现的:
该电机定子由薄钢带缠绕而成,所说的薄钢带的一侧冲压有齿牙、另一侧冲压有焊接缝口。
本实用新型的优点:
由于该电机定子是由一个薄钢带绕制而成,材料利用率大大提高,由原来的15%提高到80%。该电机定子制作过程为连续缠绕,生产效率高,并可确保电机定子的质量。

如图所示,该电机定子有一个薄钢带1,在薄钢带1的一侧冲压有齿牙3、另一侧冲压有焊接缝口及工艺缝口2,所说的薄钢带1经螺旋缠绕后,齿牙3上下对齐、焊接缝口和工艺缝口2上下对齐,在焊接缝口2处通过焊料将缠绕后的钢带1紧固在一起。
