Abstract

一种涉及注水井配注管柱上的双层对称式偏心配水封隔器,缩短了配水器与封隔器之间距离,起到了两个配水器的作用,对邻近两注水层可进行注水。它是把配水器1与封隔器3设计为一体,以缩短之间距离。在配水器1上堵塞器2的对面装上相同的堵塞器4,该堵塞器4上有进、出水眼(c,d),其中出水眼d与体外连通,可实现双层注水。

双层对称式偏心配水封隔器
本实用新型涉及油田注水井配水管柱上的双层对称式偏心配水封隔器。
随着油田的开发,地层压力逐渐下降,为维持地层压力,保证采收率,油田进入中、后期采用注水开发,即开采的同时由注水井向地下油层注水,以水驱油。由于地下油层性质不均匀,存在层间矛盾,为减少层间矛盾,要对油层进行分层注水,各层之间用封隔器分隔,分别对各油层进行注水。由于油层多,层间距离小,以往采用的配水管柱只能封隔卡距6.0米以上的注水层段,对于相距较近的差、薄油层就不适应,但是,根据目前油田开发的需要,需要开发这些油层,因此提出本申请。
本实用新型的目的在于避免上述现有技术中存在的问题,而提供一种可简化配水管柱(特别涉及细分层注水)的双层对称式偏心配水封隔器。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案来达到。将偏心配水器与封隔器设计为一体,缩短之间距离。在配水器上堵塞器的对面又装上相同的另一堵塞器,该堵塞器上有相应的进、出水孔,其中出水孔与体外连通。在一个配水器上装两个对称式堵塞器,可满足细分层注水的需要,这由上述方案可实现此目的。
本实用新型与上述目前技术相比可具有如下效果:由于把配水器与封隔器设计为一体,其上各有两个进、出水眼,缩短了配水管柱的长度,适合细分层注水,可起到上、下两个配水器的作用。

由图1所示,665-2型偏心配水器上装有堵塞器及进、出水眼(c,b)。由图2、图3所示,本实用新型是把偏心配水器1与封隔器3设计为一体,在配水器1上堵塞器2的对面又装上相同的堵塞器4,该堵塞器4上也有相应的进、出水孔眼(c、d),其中出水孔d与配水器体外连通。

1.一种涉及油田注水井的双层对称式偏心配水封隔器,具有配水器(1)及其上的堵塞器(2),进、出水孔(a,b)和封隔器(3),其特征在于:把偏心配水器(1)与封隔器(3)设计为一体,在配水器(1)上堵塞器(2)的对面又装上相同的堵塞器(4),该堵塞器(4)上有相应的进、出水孔(c,d)。
