Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种磁屏蔽干式空芯电抗器,它具有星形架及电抗器绕组构成的电抗器本体,其上、下方有出线端子,在本体最外层设有导磁体层,导磁体层由导磁体及包裹在其内外侧的绝缘层构成,本体与导磁体层之间有散热气道。导磁体引出一点与电抗器作电气连接。本电抗器最大特点是它产生的漏磁不易向四周空间扩散,保证外界仪器、仪表正常工作;易散热,电抗器周围的金属构件,铁磁材料不会因发热而产生危险。

磁屏蔽干式空芯电抗器
本实用新型属于电力系统所用电抗器。
现有干式空芯电抗器普遍存在的缺点是:它所产生的大量漏磁是向四周扩散;从而对附近的装置如计算机、测试仪器、仪表等产生干扰,影响其正常工作。另外会使周围的金属材料、铁磁材料如钢筋等发热,产生危险。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种磁屏蔽干式空芯电抗器,以克服上述现有技术中所存在的缺点。
本目的以下列技术方案来实现:该磁屏蔽干式空芯电抗器,它具有由上、下星形架及绕制在星形架之间的电抗器绕组构成的电抗器本体,本体上、下方连接有出线端子。在电抗器本体最外层设有导磁体层,导磁体层由导磁体及包裹在其内外侧的绝缘层构成,电抗器本体与导磁体层之间设有散热气道,导磁体引出一点与电抗器作电气连接。
根据本电抗器的结构特征,致使其具有磁屏蔽性能,即使电抗器向外发散的漏磁通过导磁体引导而形成闭合回路,避免了由于漏磁所引起对周围装置产生的危害。该电抗器还具有工艺简单、效果显著、应用广泛等优点。
下面附图给出了本实用新型的实施例:

结合附图对本实用新型的整体结构作一具体描述:
如图1、2所示:该电抗器绕组绕制在上、下星形架之间,构成电抗器本体1,电抗器本体上、下方接有出线端子。在本体最外围一定间隔(20~100mm)加以条状或棒状(本实施例是条状)绝缘支撑物,它形成气道2。之后围包一定厚度(2~3mm)的带状绝缘材料,如环氧玻璃纤维胶带做绝缘层4的内层,而后在内层上围包导磁体3,导磁体一点焊接一根长约100~300mm的铜线或铝线(φ1.0~2.0mm)引出,再用同样的带状环氧玻璃纤维绝缘材料将导磁体裹包,其厚为3~5mm,引出的铝线或铜线与电抗器绕组焊接相连。待固化后喷涂一层耐候型保护层,如硅树脂漆等即可。

1、一种磁屏蔽干式空芯电抗器,它具有上、下星形架及绕制在星形架之间的电抗器绕组构成的电抗器本体(1),本体上、下方连接有出线端子,其特征是在电抗器本体最外层设有导磁体层,导磁体层由导磁体(3)及包裹在其内外侧的绝缘层(4)构成,电抗器本体与导磁体层之间设有散热气道(2),导磁体引出一点与电抗器作电气连接。
