Abstract

无堵塞螺旋输送机属于一般机器,具体来说涉及一种螺旋输送机。现有的螺旋输送机,常因加料不匀造成物料堵塞,使驱动装置过载、停车,甚至损坏整个机器。针对这些问题,设计本实用新型。本实用新型是将等距式螺旋面变为渐伸式螺旋面。由于将等距式螺旋面变为渐伸式螺旋面,所以物料在输送过程中,其速度越来越快,物料越来越松散,因而不会发生堵塞现象。提高了机器的使用率及使用寿命。

无堵塞螺旋输送机
本实用新型涉及一般机器，具体的说是涉及一种螺旋输送机。
现有的螺旋输送机，常因加料不匀造成物料堵塞，使驱动装置过载、停车，甚至损坏整个机器。针对这些问题，设计本实用新型。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种无堵塞的螺旋输送机。
本实用新型螺旋面为渐伸式，即其螺距逐渐增大，它打破了物料在输送过程中匀速前进的常规，使物料由进料口到出料口的运动速度逐渐加快，即物料在出料口的填充系数总是小于在进料口的填充系数。
由于将等距式螺旋面变为渐伸式螺旋面，所以物料在输送过程中，其速度越来越快，物料越来越松散，因而不会发生堵塞现象。提高了机器的使用率及使用寿命。
附图是本实用新型中渐伸式螺旋面的结构示意图。
在具体实施时：如附图所示，渐伸式螺旋面的螺距逐渐加大，其中最小螺距与最大螺距之比为1比2时最好；最大螺距与螺旋输送机卷筒内径之比为2比3时最好。

Claims (2)

1、一种螺旋输送机，由电动机、卷筒、轴承、减速器及底座组成，其特征在于：螺旋面为渐伸式，即其螺距逐渐增大。
2、如权利要求1所述的螺旋输送机，其特征在于：渐伸式螺旋面的最小螺距与最大螺距之比为1比2；最大螺距与螺旋输送机卷筒内径之比为2比3。
