一种防松防盗内罩弹性垫圈螺母。由螺栓、被联结件、弹性垫圈和螺母构件构成。其特征是螺母的支承面内径相对内端面有一凹台。可容纳一弹性垫圈。该垫圈内径与螺母内径不相等。外径与凹台内径相等。当联结件被螺母紧固时，弹性垫圈受力后产生轴向与径向变形，轴向变形产生的涨力将被紧固件与螺母涨紧；径向变形产生的涨力将螺栓与相对应的螺母凹台内径涨紧。所以起到了防松防盗的效果。

防松内罩弹性垫圈螺母
本实用新型涉及一种螺纹紧固件。特别是一种防松防盗内罩弹性垫圈螺母。目前，我国机械设备及配件上，紧固件连结所用的防松措施是比较落后的，大都采用在螺栓上拧上普通螺母后再加一个扁螺母；或用弹簧垫圈以防松脱，或将螺母拧紧后再加开口销，以达到紧固件连结防松的目的。这不但增加了防松元件的品种、规格和数量，也给加工组装、运用维修增加了工作量，同时也使企业增加开支，导致产品成本的提高。
本发明的目的就是为了解决可靠性与成本的问题，而设计的一种可靠性高，成本较低的新型防松防盗内罩弹性垫圈螺母。
依据上述发明目的发明的防松防盗内罩弹性垫圈螺母。由螺栓、被联结件、弹性垫圈、螺母等构件构成。其特征是螺母的支承面内径相对内端面有一凹台。可容纳一弹性垫圈。该垫圈内径与螺母内径不相等，外径与凹台内径相等。
当联结件被螺母紧固时，弹性垫圈受力后产生轴向与径向变形，轴向变形产生的涨力将被紧固件与螺母涨紧；径向变形产生的涨力将螺栓与相对应的螺母凹台内径涨紧。所以起到了防松防盗的效果。
依据上述发明的目的发明的防松防盗内罩弹性垫圈螺母，制造简单，性能可靠，可重复使用，能与标准螺栓配套使用，适用于较重要的防松防盗联结件。

1、一种防松防盗内罩弹性垫圈螺母。由螺栓、被联结件、弹性垫圈、螺母构件构成。其特征是螺母的支承面内径相对内端面有一凹台。可容纳一弹性垫圈。
2、根据权利要求1所述的防松防盗内罩弹性垫圈螺母，其特征是该垫圈内径与螺母内径不相等、外径与凹槽内径相等并将垫圈镶嵌在螺母支承面内。
3、根椐权利要求1所述的防松防盗内罩弹性垫圈螺母，其特征是螺母支承面加工有一凹槽。
