一种聚乙烯热收缩薄膜
本实用新型涉及的是一种塑料包装薄膜,特别是一种聚乙烯热收缩薄膜。
利用PE热收缩薄膜包装物品是一种普遍使用的方法,然而在包装加热过程中,由于薄膜与包装物之间尚有残留空气,影响了薄膜收缩速度,在一定程度上也影响了包装效果。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种热收缩速度快包装效果好的聚乙烯热收缩簿膜,以克服已有产品的不足之处。
本实用新型的目的是在薄膜体的平面上均匀地打上多个透气孔来实现的,该透气孔的孔径为0.3mm~1mm,各透气孔之间的距离为20mm~80mm。
当进行包装加热时,由于残留的空气能很快从透气孔中及时排出,因此大大提高了包装速度,特别是在自动化流水作业过程中,可提高工作效率,此外也提高了包装质量。
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步具体阐述。

参照附图,图中(1)为聚乙烯热收缩薄膜体,该薄膜体属于已有产品,其制造是已有技术。本设计的特征在于在薄膜体(1)的平面上均匀地分布着多个透气孔(2),该透气孔一般为圆孔(也可以是其它孔形),其孔径为0.3mm~1mm,一般取0.5mm~0.7mm之间,可采用不同直径的锥针戳穿而成;各透气孔之间的距离为20mm~80mm,一般取30mm~40mm之间,各透气孔的分布排列可以是方阵排列(如图1所示),也可以是三角形排列(如图2所示)。
使用本薄膜,将需要包装的物品包裹其中并封口,尔后对其加热(一般采用热风加热),先是由于残留空气受热澎涨,使薄膜鼓起,紧接着由于薄膜受热而收缩,这时残留空气从透气孔(2)中被顺利排出,从而加快了薄膜收缩速度,最后包装物被薄膜紧紧包裹其中,并且透气孔(2)也因薄膜的收缩而消失。

1.一种聚乙烯热收缩薄膜,是由薄膜体(1)所组成,其特征在于在薄膜体(1)的平面上,均匀分布着透气孔(2),该透气孔的孔径为0.3mm~1mm,各透气孔间的孔距为20mm~80mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的薄膜,其特征在于透气孔(2)的孔径为0.5mm~0.7mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的薄膜,其特征在于各透气孔(2)之间的孔距为30mm~40mm。
