一种止退型快装管接头,它在管接头体内装有密封胶圈和止退卡套,止退卡套为圆筒体,沿止退卡套的圆筒体轴线方向有开口槽,在止退卡套的开口槽段圆筒外表面上有能与管接头盖内孔锥面配合的锥面,在止退卡套的开口槽段内孔上有止退卡齿,管接头体与管接头盖螺纹连接。本实用新型除了具有现有技术中快装管接头在安装时不需管道制作螺纹、安装方便的优点外,还具有能够防止管道轴向退落的优点。

Description

止退型快装管接头
本实用新型涉及一种管道上使用的止退型快装管接头。
目前，现有技术中的快装管接头种类很多，但是这些快装管接头一般都没有防止管道轴向移动的功能，特别是在安装塑料管道时，由于管接头与塑料管道之间的摩擦力较小，因此安装上的管道很容易从管接头上沿轴向方向退落。
本实用新型的目的是：提供一种能够防止管道退落的止退型快装管接头。
本实用新型是这样构成的：它包括管接头体(1)、管接头盖(3)，管接头盖(3)与管接头体(1)螺纹连接，在管接头体(1)内装有密封胶圈(2)和止退卡套(4)，止退卡套(4)为圆筒体，沿止退卡套(4)的圆筒体轴线方向有开口槽(6)，在止退卡套(4)的开口槽段圆筒外表面上有能与管接头盖(3)内孔锥面配合的锥面(7)，在止退卡套(4)的开口槽段内孔上有止退卡齿(8)。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，除了具有现有技术中快装管接头在安装时不需管道制作螺纹、安装方便的优点外，还具有能够防止管道轴向退落的优点。使用时，现将管接头盖(3)、止退卡套(4)和密封胶圈(2)套在被安装的管道(5)上，然后将管道(5)连同密封胶圈(2)和止退卡套(4)装进管接头体(1)内，再将管接头盖(3)上在管接头体(1)的螺纹上，当旋紧管接头盖(3)时，管接头盖(3)的内锥面将通过推压止退卡套(4)的锥面(7)使其止退卡齿(8)嵌进管道(5)的表面，这样即可使管道(5)与管接头牢固地连接为一体。

本实用新型的实施例：管接头体(1)、管接头盖(3)，止退卡套(4)可采用塑料或金属材料制作，密封胶圈(2)采用O型密封圈，制作时将管接头盖(3)与管接头体(1)制作成螺纹连接，将止退卡套(4)制作为圆筒体，并沿止退卡套(4)的圆筒体轴线方向开2～8个开口槽(6)，这样即可使开口槽段的圆筒壁能够在径向方向伸缩，在止退卡套(4)的开口槽段圆筒外表面上制作出能与管接头盖(3)内孔锥面配合的锥面(7)，并在止退卡套(4)的开口槽段内孔上制作出2～5道单方向倾斜的止退卡齿(8)，将密封胶圈(2)和止退卡套(4)装在管接头体(1)内并将管接头盖(3)连接在管接头体(1)的螺纹上即成。

1、一种止退型快装管接头，它包括管接头体(1)、管接头盖(3)，管接头盖(3)与管接头体(1)螺纹连接，其特征在于：在管接头体(1)内装有密封胶圈(2)和止退卡套(4)，止退卡套(4)为圆筒体，沿止退卡套(4)的圆筒体轴线方向有开口槽(6)，在止退卡套(4)的开口槽段圆筒外表面上有能与管接头盖(3)内孔锥面配合的锥面(7)，在止退卡套(4)的开口槽段内孔上有止退卡齿(8)。
