Abstract

本实用新型一种直推式复合管接头涉及管件领域,尤其涉及铝塑复合管或PEX管,其特点是:它由管件体、O形密封圈、锥座、弹性齿圈、活动锥套及固定套组成,O形密封圈、锥座、弹性齿圈、活动锥套及固定套依次被包容在管件体孔内。被连的铝塑复合管或PEX管材直接插入孔内,靠弹性齿圈孔内均布的15—20个内齿的弹力及密封圈的伸缩量卡牢管材并实现密封,当压缩活动锥套时,又可十分方便地取出被连管材。

Description

一种直推式复合管接头
本实用新型涉及管件领域,尤其涉及铝塑复合管或PEX管的连接。
目前国内同类的管接头,其中一个主要件大多是铜质或不锈钢材质,在圆柱面上开有缺口的卡环或卡圈利用其弹性和收缩来卡紧管材的卡式管接头结构。此类结构对管材在圆周面上卡(夹)紧力不均布,尤其是装拆不方便,且装夹和密封不稳定。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,密封效果好,尤其是装拆十分方便的铝塑复合管或PEX管的管接头。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种直推式复合管接头,其特点在于:它由管件体、O形密封圈、锥座、弹性齿圈、活动锥套及固定套组成。所述的O形密封圈、锥座、弹性齿圈、活动锥套及固定套依次被包容在管件体孔内,无须螺纹连接;所述的弹性齿圈一端是外锥面,和锥座的锥孔相配,其锥座的锥孔的锥度小于弹性齿圈的外锥面的锥度,所述的弹性齿圈的另一端是与所述一端外锥面锥度相等的锥孔,它与活动锥套的外锥面相配,该外锥面的锥度和锥座的锥孔锥度相等。
上述的复合管接头,其特点在于:所述的锥座一端为平面和O形密封圈相靠,锥座的另一端为60°-90°的锥孔面。
上述的复合管接头,其特点在于:所述的弹性齿圈一面为外锥面,另一面为锥孔,且其锥面上开有15-25个具有弹性的内齿,所述内外锥面的锥度相等且大于上述锥座锥孔的锥度20°-40°。
上述的复合管接头,其特点在于:所述的活动锥套,一端为外锥面,其锥度与上述锥座锥孔的锥度相等,另一端为圆柱面,其整个活动锥套的内孔和被连的管材外径相匹套。
上述的复合管接头,其特点在于:所述管件体可以是直通、弯头或三通,其材料可为黄铜也可以黄铜内衬塑,所述的O形密封圈材料可为丁腈橡胶或硅橡胶,所述的锥座、活动锥套和固定套可为塑料、尼龙或黄铜。
采用上述方案后,本实用新型提供的复合管接头,只要将被连的铝塑复合管或PEX管,套入上述活动锥套孔且穿过弹性齿圈锥孔、穿过锥座锥孔和穿过O形密封圈孔后即可卡牢,且对流过管材的水或其它液体实现密封。
下面结合说明书附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。

在图1和图2中,本实用新型一种直推式复合管接头,由管件体1、O形密封圈2、锥座3、弹性齿圈4、活动锥套5及固定套6组成。除管件体1外,所有其它五个件由一定的装配关系依次被包容在管件体1的孔内,其装配技术的关键是O形密封圈2已经有一定的压缩量,并保证在穿过O形密封圈2孔内被连的铝塑复合管或PEX管后,使O形密封圈2具有一定的伸缩量而实现管材的密封性。本实用新型的实现过程如下:将被连的铝塑复合管或PEX管直接穿过活动锥套5、弹性齿圈4、锥座3和O形密封圈2的诸孔内,直至碰到管件体1孔内的限制面A,靠弹性齿圈4孔内均布的15-20个内齿的弹性关系而卡牢管材,又加上O形密封圈2伸缩量而实现密封。当被连的铝塑复合管或PEX管要想取出时,只要压缩活动锥套5的端面,此时推力传给弹性齿圈4,胀开弹性齿圈4的15-25个内齿,即可将连接的管材取出。
本实用新型提供的复合管接头可用于两通形式的连接,直通或不同角度的弯头,也可用于三通或四通形式的连接。在上述实施例中,每端被连接的管材外径可以相同或互不相同,每端都可以是本实用新型的结构,也可以是一端或一端以上为本实用新型的结构,其他端为内、外螺纹连接或其它结构。
本实用新型直推式复合管接头用于工程、房产建筑的冷、热给水管路系统、纯净水饮用管路系统、地板辐射管路系统或太阳能管路等系统中取代镀锌钢管及管材外径在Φ12毫米至Φ32毫米的铝塑复合管或PEX管的连接,能可靠的卡牢管材且密封效果好,尤其是装拆方便。

1、一种直推式复合管接头,其特征在于:它由管件体、O形密封圈、锥座、弹性齿圈、活动锥套及固定套组成,所述O形密封圈、锥座、弹性齿圈、活动锥套及固定套依次被包容在所述管件体的孔内,所述弹性齿圈一端是外锥面,和锥座的锥孔相配,其锥座的锥孔的锥度小于弹性齿圈的外锥面的锥度,所述弹性齿圈的另一端是与所述一端外锥面锥度相等的锥孔,它与活动锥套的外锥面相配,该外锥面的锥度和锥座的锥孔锥度相等。
2、根据权利要求1所述的管接头,其特征在于:所述锥座一端为平面,另一端为60°-90°的锥孔面。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的管接头,其特征在于:所述弹性齿圈一面为外锥面,另一面为锥孔,且其锥面上开有15-25个具有弹性的内齿,所述内外锥面的锥度相等且大于所述锥座锥孔的锥度20°-40°。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的管接头,其特征在于:所述活动锥套一端为外锥面,其锥度与所述锥座锥孔的锥度相等,另一端为圆柱面。
5、根据权利要求3所述的管接头,其特征在于:所述活动锥套一端为外锥面,其锥度与所述锥座锥孔的锥度相等,另一端为圆柱面。
