本实用新型涉及一种砂盘,特别是涉及一种基体上开设有珠形弹性槽的砂盘。
目前,普遍使用的砂盘,基体内径孔边开设的四条或四条以上的弹性槽,大多为槽宽是小于等于3mm、槽端半径小于等于1.5mm的直形槽。由于砂盘在磨削使用中是高速旋转,线速度达87m/sec以上,使用中槽端半径小于等于1.5mm处受到外力与回转力的影响,而破损应力往往集中在半径小于等于1.5mm处,因此该处常会破裂甚至破碎,碎块打在人身上,会发生工伤事故,安全性能不佳。

图中,基体10呈圆形,圆形的中央开设有一内径孔11,内径孔11周边均分开设有四条弹性槽12,弹性槽12自槽底向槽端均匀增大,槽底宽3mm,槽端宽5mm,槽端半径为2.5mm。之后,内径孔11和弹性槽12外的基体10上涂覆上粘胶形成胶粘层20,再在其上均匀铺撒上砂粒形成砂粒层30,重复一次后,再均匀涂覆上一层粘胶即可。
