本实用新型涉及金刚石刀头的优化构形,属切削工具类。
已有的金刚石刀头的优化构形有十余种,但这些构形的刀头在使用过程中,不能始终处于最小受力状态,因此能耗较大,使用寿命较短,其成本和价格都很高。
本实用新型的目的是,克服已有金刚石刀头优化构形中尚存在的缺点,提供一种能耗更小,寿命更长,更锋利的新优化构形的金刚石刀头。
下面结合附图,对本实用新型作详细说明。

1、金刚石刀头;2、弧形槽;3、侧斜槽。
本实用新型的结构如附图1所示:在长方体金刚石刀头1的两横头端面上,开有弧形槽2;在长方体金刚石刀头1的两侧面上,开有相互平行的侧斜槽3,两侧的侧斜槽3的方向相同,其倾角a=20°~30°。
