洗衣机用双出口进水阀,包括阀体上的进水口、电磁阀及出水口,阀体上设置有两组电磁阀和出水口。本实用新型两组电磁阀及出水口的结构形式,缩短了注水时间,降低了注水噪音。

Description

洗衣机用双出口进水阀
本实用新型是洗衣机进水阀，是对现有的进水阀结构的改进。
目前，洗衣机的进水阀是单进单出式进水阀。随着洗衣机洗衣容量的不断扩大，用水量随之增多，在大容量(如10公斤)洗衣机当中，高水位的用水量一般都在75升左右。在洗衣过程中，注水就需占用相当长的时间，现有结构形式的进水阀已难以满足大容量洗衣机的注水要求。
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述存在的问题，提供一种洗衣机用双出口进水阀。它可以实现以下目的：1、快速注水、缩短注水时间；2、降低注水噪音。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型包括阀体上的进水口、电磁阀及出水口，阀体上设置有两组电磁阀及出水口。
两组电磁阀及出水口是对称设置在阀体上。
本实用新型具有以下优点和积极效果：1、设有双出口进水阀，大大地增加了出水口的截面面积，根据流体力学的原理可知，在液体的压强相等情况下，截面积大的管道，流量越大，这样双出口可以增大注水的流量，从而可以大大地缩短注水的时间。同时，也可以根据需要靠控制电路控制电磁阀单独或轮流或同时开与关。2、出水口截面积的增大可以降低出水口处的水压，使水流的流速可以缓减，降低注水时的噪音。

参见图1、图2，阀体(6)上对称设置两组出水口(3)及电磁阀(1)和出水口(5)及电磁阀(2)。当注水量很大时，可同时打开电磁阀(1)、(2)，使从进水口(4)的进水从出水口(3)、(5)同时向洗衣机注水，因而可缩短注水时间，使整个洗衣时间得以缩短。
本实用新型两组电磁阀(1)(2)及出水口(3)(5)的结构形式，缩短了注水时间，降低了注水噪音。

1、一种洗衣机用双出口进水阀，它包括阀体(6)上的进水口(4)、电磁阀及出水口，其特征在于阀体(6)上设置有两组电磁阀(1)、(2)和出水口(3)、(5)
2、根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机用双出口进水阀，其特征在于两组电磁阀(1)及出水口(3)和电磁阀(2)及出水口(5)是对称设置在阀体(6)上。
