Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种冶金转炉炉口结构,该炉口结构上盖呈双倾式拱型,炉口形状为C形开口式,炉口水冷结构为单进单出,水冷非过热区设置水流导板,该结构炉口上盖不易结渣,炉口受热后可产生微量热变形,抵抗热疲劳,减少结构内部应力,炉口水冷结构形成强制水冷,水流合理,提高炉口寿命。

Description

转炉双倾式炉口
本实用新型属于冶金转炉结构领域,特别是涉及转炉炉口结构。
冶金转炉炉口结构一般采用平盖炉口,炉口形状有O型封闭式,还有多块组合式,其缺点是炉口上盖易结渣,不易清理,O型封闭式炉口受热后易产生热疲劳,多块组合式炉口维修不方便,以上直接影响炉口寿命,此外炉口水冷结构合理与否也是影响炉口寿命的主要因素。
本发明的目的是改变炉口上盖及炉口形状,克服易结渣的缺点,增强抵抗热疲劳性能,设计合理的炉口水冷结构,提高炉口寿命。
本发明设计的炉口上盖为双倾式拱形,炉口形状为C形开口式,炉口水冷结构为单进单出,水冷非过热区设置水流导板。
炉口上盖的双倾式拱型结构,可使炉口上盖表面受热后产生微量的热变形,抵抗热疲劳,提高炉口寿命。此外可使部分溶渣沿着上盖内倾面返回炉内,较平盖炉口落渣少,易清理。炉口采用C型开口式,使开口起到伸缩缝作用,对减少结构内部应力延长炉口寿命极为有利。且易于维修,单进单出的炉口水冷结构及非过热区设置的水流导板,实现强制水冷,水流合理,达到提高炉口寿命的目的。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述:
炉口上盖经卷板机压制成双倾式拱形,并在上盖里面按设计要求间隔焊接水流导板,炉口底板上也按设计要求间隔焊接水流导板,并在炉口底板上设置水冷结构的进水孔和出水孔,最后炉口上盖和底板及炉口冷却水管组合焊接成炉口,安装在转炉上,炉口水冷结构形成单进单出,水流导板在上盖与底板之间上下啮合,C形炉口开口为10-20MM。

1.转炉双倾式炉口,包括炉口上盖和底板,炉口水冷结构,其特征在于:炉口上盖为双倾式拱形。
2,如权利要求1所述的转炉双倾式炉口,其特征在于:炉口形状为C形开口式。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的转炉双倾式炉口,其特征在于:炉口水冷结构单进单出,水冷非过热区设置水流导板。
